Great hotel with 5 stars! But i wish they had a jacuzzi, but its okay. The hotel is perfect!

Wonderful staff, within walking distance to many restaurants, great view from my room.

First of all I have to call the guys by their name, which impressed me extremely with their natural friendliness, professionality, service-oriented behavior and careness. Thank you Toni, Patrick and Alicia for giving me the positive feeling. Also all others from the team are absolutely professionals. I was so lucky that got a good price by the special offer and so am not too disappointed about the room 104. there is no view, to anything, because of the roof above the main entrance. Otherwise you have a privacy at your balcony. The breakfast at room service was phenomenal. Hope next year again, with an upgrade.

A pleasant stay, We spent pleasant moments. Very nice view of Jounié and the sea at the same time. A very professional team Thanks to the hotel manager for her welcome. Thanks to Samia for her professionalism and her kindness. I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

This hotel is far from being 5 stars or even 2 stars , the area around is like ghost town , and unsafe due to lotsa of empty buildings and lotsa of people’s going around . I reserved a sea view Room , i got a partial Sea view , when i asked the said this is what’s available, rooms are in good condition but they have a bad smell , sewer smell and humidity.

The hotel was clean and new, the bed was comfortable, the staff was very helpful and nice. The only problem was that we waited couple of hours for them to clean the room.

We had an unforgettable stay at Zett hotel! The staff were absolutely incredible, always helpful, accommodating, and warm. Special shout-out to Elie, the boys and the lovely young lady at reception for always making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Samia and her cleaning team also did an excellent job, keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional service! Great work team. Will definitely be returning to Zett Hotel next year!

We stayed in the Executif Suite with a seaview. The view was stunning, the service from Tony was amaising especially late at night and early in the mornings. Other staff had trouble understanding instructions. Hotel breakfast was not so famous and expensive. Towels were not too clean (should bleach the more). Room size was big however there was 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom, this resulted in both bathrooms being very small.
