Warm hospitality, great service in the restaurant from Sarwan. The food was prepared according to our special requirements and served cheerfully and graciously. Good wine selection. Staff were attentive but unobtrusive in the restaurant. Accomodation was roomy and comfortable.

First of all Regenta is very beautiful place to stay and it's food was excellent service was appreciating and all the staff was polite and really good in their work and on the breakfast time I met miss Muskan she is very good in their work and very polite she doing very good work and thank you Regenta team for making over stay as family 🥰🥰

Chandigarh Almeida Hotel We only stayed there for for a night and had a early morning flight to catch. The stay was good. The staff arranged cab for us as we had to leave very early and also helped with quicmer check out. Location of the property was good as well.

The hotel does not look a 4 star hotel. The staff does not how to receive a guest while check in. Intercom phones were not working. Had terrible time while ordering food. Very small bath room with very limited toiletries. Food quality was average. Many three star hotels are better that this 4 star hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent, offering great convenience. It was close to shopping areas and had easy access to food options. The breakfast was excellent, and the dining area was large. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel Superia Grand One of the best hotel in Zirakpur and staff too good and very corporative we enjoyed our stay And we had dinner in Viva restaurant, Dinner was really Delicious and Staff was very Kind and Polite we want special mentioned Front Office staff all was very Kind and Helpful Thanks again Superia grand

I would like to share my experience in Staying with BEST WESTERN Hotel Maryland. I was travelling from Manali to Jaipur with my Family & Children’s, I checked in on 22/1/2023 and Checked out on 23/1/2023, I took a 4 rooms of Executive Categories. Our rooms was stinking so badly with smoke & Alcohol, and the pillow cover’s was also not clean properly. When i asked the management to please help me out because my niece and nephew was not feeling comfortable in that smoky rooms and there’s no option available for ventilation. But they just came up with a Room spray which was not enough to stayed in those rooms. Anyways! the best part of the hotel is they are charging of anything you order more than the MRP, like for example i have ordered a Bisleri water bottle in my room, and the price was mentioned ₹20 on that bottle but they have charged 4x times on the MRP price, and if you request them to please take it back as I don’t need it, than it’s not possible according to them because the bill was already printed and now you have to pay for it unless you need it on not. If you don’t trust me, please see the attached photo of that bill. Although hotel is new with all the basic amenities, rooms are good enough because its a new property but the staff is very incompetent with there customers specially new customers. I met with Mr. PANKAJ in Restaurant, I don’t even think so that he’s completed his Hotel Management Course Afterwards at the Time of Checked out I met with the Lady on the Front desk Miss/Mrs. NIRMLA has a very bad attitude and was very rude with myself & others. Overall:- I had a very Nasty experience to Staying in Chandigarh, it would be much better if i could stayed in other hotel.

Conveniently located, staff is helpful. Good breakfast. Room is well equipped and comfortable. Parking available right next to the hotel. Value for money.
