Kids really loved the breakfast. Room was comfortable also the beds were good. Specail flavored waffle each day.

Staff was nice overall. They are doing some construction on site and upgrading a lot of things. However our room had a lot of construction dust and nails on the ground.

When we walked into our room (room 200) we immediately noticed the smell of moisture and mold. I tried calling the front desk and got no answer. We decided to make the best of it since it was late. Went in the bathroom to get a shower and there was no shower curtain. Tried calling again, no answer. The chair didn’t have a cushion, the pillows looked like sofa pillows and the bed was hard. The next morning when we were leaving, I stopped at the desk and told the young lady about our experience and got a simple “sorry”. For just under $300 a night, it was a terrible experience and I would rather sleep in my car than stay there again.

When we walked into the room, it smelled horrible. Was a humid smell. Ended up cancelling reservations and went to another hotel. Not worth the price they are charging.

The halls were shabby and somewhat dirty. Our faucet broke in the shower and was stuck on scalding water. I had to rinse with a cup from the sink faucet. There was no on site maintenance available so it just ran water.

Room and bed was good and they came and cleaned each day. Breakfast OK but not great. Exercise room was poor equipment was in very bad shape.. And I love watching the golf channel and they did not have the golf channel

Service was good. Workers were nice. Convient location. Breakfast was alright. Should have more of a variety for the different days. But reasonable.

Rooms were VERY dirty, same with the lobby. There was a terrible smell in our room, so bad that we had to buy air fresheners just to cover the smell.

The first given to us was clean, but there was an odor coming from the refrigerator. When we opened it up, it was a foul odor. So we went back to the front desk and they changed our room. The second room was fine, no smell, refrigerator was clean. The beds were comfortable. The bath towels were not soft at all, they felt like sandpaper. The wash clause and hand towels were fine. The front desk people were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good and had a fair amount of choices.

We would like highly recommend it.. rooms are comfortable, and the bathroom shower is excellent water pressure

For the most part, it was OK however, the first morning we were there we went to have breakfast, and they were apparently out of food. They had none and everybody was upset. It was a packed hotel, and nobody could give answers as to why they didn’t have any food or any explanations or anything

Elevator broken. No fan in shower room. Needs touch up paint and windows washed Location was very good except backroad to get to it. We liked the suite. Breakfast ok. Coffee terrible.
