"It was our first time staying at the Renaissance Historic Downtown Hotel. As we pulled in, we were Approached by the valet, who was very polite and kind. We walked into the lobby side door in immediately. There was a very pleasant and refreshing smell throughout the hotel. We immediately began to notice the decor which was very unique and impressive. As we approached the front desk to check in, the receptionist who was a young man, was very prompt and polite, and willing to share information about the area. As we went up to our room, we couldn’t help but notice the beautiful decor as well as how clean the environment was. I have been in the commercial cleaning business for over 30 years and pay attention to detail. As we opened our room, we were very impressed once again with how clean the room was and how nice the room was. To sum up this, my wife has put this on her list as her top favorite thus far and we have visited over 12 times. Thank you so much for making my wife’s 58th birthday. We had a wonderful experience"

The staff was sooo nice and efficient staring from management to the breakfast guy always with a smile . The entire team was great . Hotel’s location is perfect , you can walk to the old city and is safe at night. Rooms were clean and everyday housekeeping service with new towels and soap . "Try to avoid it, in the middle of the scenic spot, very noisy. Sooner or later, especially at night, the bar has music that lasts until 12:30. It is recommended that the hotel choose a little farther to be quiet. At the same time, privacy will not be particularly good."

"Don't stay to at the country in. Firstly there's no hiuse keepers. Same towels for 3 days. Have never been asked if we needed more. Garbage was piling up. We had to take it out ourselves daily as if we work there. But that wasn't the worst part. We were in our room , on our bed, and someone had our key card. They opened the door, apologized ,and walked out. Meaning we spent most of the day outdoors and we could of been robbed easily. The manager "mistakenly" gave another customer our room key. If you like living like a slob, no security, old worn out mattresses that will break your back, and carpet from the 60s, you should definitely stay there. Otherwise, steer clear. We will never step foot at any country in hotel again . They should be ashamed of themselves. "
