Ulasan B&B Hôtel Annemasse Saint-Cergues

It's a Motel near high way and accessable by car only. No refrigerator, no kettle. Small room and small furniture. Only one chair. Very small bath room. Water is easy to splash every where when taking shower. And floor is still wet over night due to poor ventilation.

a nice hotel, but it's annoying that they advertise car charging facility onsite. While the facility is indeed there, one cannot use it without the receptionist (and the reception is closed at 6pm). Otherwise good comfortable stay.

Abbiamo trascorso un buon soggiorno, comodo il parcheggio e i servizi di ricarica per le auto elettriche. Buono l’ambiente accogliente e ben servito. La colazione è buona anche se vi è da notificare l’assenza del tostapane. La camera è soddisfacente ma credo di dover segnalare che la doccia non è funzionale in quanto non protegge gli spruzzi d’acqua verso l’esterno poiché il para acqua non copre tutto il lato esterno. Sono piccoli dettagli che comunque non incidono sulla buona valutazione complessiva.

On the night of 1/6/2024, my family and I stayed at B&B HOTEL Annemasse Saint-Cergues. We booked two rooms. At 4 am in the morning, we woke up and found that there were bed bugs crawling in our beds. There were LOTS of them. And not just on our beds. They were on the floor, underneath the mattress, and in the wooden holes (see the pictures below). The bed bugs even got into our clothes and in our luggage. We have an infestation problem. It was an absolute nightmare! In the morning, we spoke to the reception manager about the problem. She was the lady with red hair. When asked about what she would do about it, she said, "There is nothing I can do now. You should have told us earlier so you can switch room." But how could we tell her when THE RECEPTION WAS CLOSED? She said we should go to the car park and use "communication line" there. So now it is our fault for not telling her in the middle of the night!?? This hotel has a serious bug infestation problem that the management chooses to ignore. The way the manager treated us was extremely poor, rude, uncaring and unprofessional. In our years of travelling, this easily could be the WORST hotel ever that we have encountered. Worse still, we contacted with the customer service department of B&B HOTEL to file a complaint and ask for a refund. They asked for the pictures and videos for proof, and they never responded again. This was 3 months ago. Overall, we are extremely disappointed by not only the way were were treated during our stay at the hotel, but also by how our case was neglected and not followed up.

Stayed here for 5 nights in July 2023 as a base to explore Lake Geneva. Check in was quick and easy and my first room 304 was a pretty standard B&B room, clean, functional and with the usual standard B&B furniture and a nice shower room. The room while basic does the job and was air-conditioned which is important for me plus the hotel had car parking which was free and plentiful. I had to change rooms after two nights as there was problem with the bathroom and luckily I was moved just across the hall to room 307 which was pretty much the same room but just a little bigger and may have been one they can add a single bed to if needed. The hotel is located in an area with nothing much around it apart from a McDonalds opposite, a pizza place just off the motorway and a few other industrial so a car is needed. The immediate vies are not very impressive but looking a little further gives some nice views of the surrounding areas. The hotel serves breakfast at an extra cost and like all B&B hotel I have stayed at have a microwave oven in the lobby where you can heat up things you get from a supermarket which is handy. Overall a good choice if you have a car but probably not a good choice if you don’t.

Hôtel très accessible, proche restauration et des accès rapide. Calme malgré la route à côté . Très bonne accueil et petit déjeuner bien garnis. Niveau literie au top , salle De beau propre et douche spacieuse . Je recommande vivement ………..

Il n'y a qu'une chambre familiale qui est aussi la chambre pour handicapés, ce qui n'est pas indiqué lors de la recherche. Elle est située un peu plus bas et à un mètre des voitures et donc tout le monde pouvait voir dans la chambre. Du coup, impossible d'avoir de la lumière naturelle si on ne voulait pas être dans le parking. La salle-de-bains est une salle-de-bains d'hôpital avec des rideaux sales. Nous avons dû nettoyer le parterre avec une serviette. La chambre est abîmée et sale. Les lits sont incomfortables. Notre enfant n'a pas pu dormir. Nous sommes revenus à l'hôtel après 21h et impossible de rentrer même en faisant appel à l'aide à la porte d'entrée. Nous avons dû attendre qu'un client vienne par hazard dans le lobby. Lorsque nous avons addressé les problèmes à l'accueil, les personnes ne se sont même pas excusées et ont argumenté avec nous. Bien sûr, nous n'avons pas eu le sondage interne pour noter notre séjour ou le lien pour donner un avis sur Google, ce qui me fait penser que la moyenne des notes des avis sur les hôtels B&B est complètement fausse. C'est la pire expérience que nous avons jamais eu dans un hôtel !

Nous sommes venu deux jours dans cet hôtel. Nous avons passer un bon séjour. Nous avions pris une chambre triple. La chambre était propre. Pour moi pour deux adultes et un ado c'est un peu juste. Le petit déjeuner est correct. L'hôtel est propre.
