Khách sạn ở ngoại ô Paris khu St Denis hơi phúc tạp vì có nhiều người bán thuốc lá lậu ngay cổng Metro. Nhưng bù lại phòng khá rộng và sạch, ăn sáng ngon nhiều lựa chọn. Đi lại bằng Metro cũng kg xa lắm. Với số tiền bỏ ra thì mình thấy khá hài lòng. Còn về an ninh thì cũng kg phải là vấn đề lớn. Vì 1 nguyên tắc Paris vốn phức tạp thì ta càng phải cẩn thận trộm cắp. Paris cũng hiếm tấn công bạo lực nên cũng yên tâm phần nào. Cơ bản là số tiền bỏ ra nhận được đúng với nó.

Je souhaite faire une remarque à propos d'un hôtel où nous avons séjourné dernièrement. Tout d'abord, pour une fois je n'ai pas réservé sur le site Accor ! grosse erreur. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés il y avait un papier collé sur la porte indiquant ”hôtel complet”. Mais comme il y avait des chambres libres sur le site, je me suis permis de frapper très fort à la porte vitrée et le gardien a fini par ouvrir. Cet homme était loin d'être aimable. Et quand je lui ai dit que je n'avais pas réussi ma réservation sur internet, il m'a répondu ”heureusement, parce que si j'avais pas voulu vous prendre j'aurais été bien ennuyé” (enfin presque ce mot). Bref. Je réserve la chambre et 2 petits déjeuners et finalement il me dit ”ah ben ya une erreur j'en ai mis qu'un. Pas grave vous demanderez un de plus demain matin”. Ok. Et le matin, je me suis réjouis que un seul petit déjeuner ait été compté. C'était la bérézina ! Presque rien à manger, même pas de sachet de thé ! j'ai du aller en chercher dans la voiture pour mon mari. Moi j'ai mangé ce que j'avais apporté dans ma glacière...et franchement c'était mieux que ce qu'il y avait à dispo ! Le jeune homme à la réception était très gêné de ne pas nous satisfaire, ok mais bon la présentation et la diversité des produits n'y était pas quand même ! C'est la première fois que l'on a ce genre de problème dans un Formule 1. Mais vraiment on a été très déçus. Je pense que quelque chose doit être entrepris pour arranger ça. Nous réservons presque tout le temps directement sur le site Accor. Nous ne passons pas par des revendeurs comme booking ou autre. Mais cela ne change rien à la qualité. Là franchement c'était médiocre. De plus je tiens à signaler un fait qui s'est déroulé en ma présence (et rejoint certains commentaires) : le réceptionniste du soir (l'homme agé auquel j'ai eu affaire et qui faisait semblant de ne pas savoir se servir de l'ordinateur) a fait payer un jeune homme alors que c'était déjà payé par sa société, lui a dit ce monsieur. Mais comme il ne parlait pas très bien français il n'a pas osé insister. Il a donc payé, là le gérant lui dit ah zut c'était déjà payé, et lui dit ”normalement vous serez remboursé mais là... j'en doute fort !” Comment ? vu que sur la facture il n'y avait pas écrit que le monsieur a payé deux fois !

Booked the hotel because of its proximity to Stade de France (my 12-years old son & I were lucky to attend the Champions League final). You cannot find a better stay if you want to avoid the unbelievable chaos outside the stadium after a football match (or any highly attended event) ends. Hotel staff is really friendly. Front desk manager had hands-on on everything. The hotel general director was always present with a warm and welcoming attitude, making sure that there won’t be any problem whatsoever and everybody is happy. A BIG thank-you.

Hôtel propre avec une tension pour garer mon véhicule utilitaire du à un manque de place de parking aérien. Rapport qualité prix correct pour la région parisienne .

I will start with the positives. The rooms are a good size and the shower is nice. However, the hotel over all is tatty and tiered and in need of a revamp, there is a strange smell in the corridors and everything on front desk is over priced. To top off a very average stay the cleaner binned a bag belonging to my son (6 years old) with a photo from PSG stadium tour in with 2 football players who he is besotted with when I reported this to reception desk the guy was extremely rude, dismissive and did nothing at all to help in any way. There are lots more hotels in and around Paris and I would not recommend this one the surrounding areas are very basic, there is little in terms of places to eat. This hotel would serve a purpose for conciencien e for one night if you were visiting stade de France.

L’hôtel est bien situé, à une 20aine de minutes à pieds du Stade de France. Il convient pour une nuit si vous venez pour un concert/ spectacle et que vous chez un endroit pour dormir sans plus. La literie est convenable, la salle de bain est fonctionnelle mais pas luxueuse. La personne rencontrée au check-in a été très aimable et a pris le temps de nous expliquer comment se rendre au SdF en nous laissant un plan. Nos amis ont eu une chambre avec porte communicante sur la chambre voisine. Bien qu’elle est été verrouillée, nos amis ont pu entendre tout ce qui se passait dans la chambre voisine. Bémols : L’accès en métro n’est pas aisé (station la plus proche à 15min de marche) et surtout les travaux. Nous avons été réveillés par des travaux effectués à l’étage au dessus du nôtre (marteau et marteau-piqueur) …. à 8h du matin. Je peux comprendre que des améliorations soient (peut être) en cours mais quand même, l’horaire est un peu tôt …

Avoid this place. The entrance is like a prison. With security gates. If you’re a smoker, you have to keep moving out the way of other guests coming and going, because the walkway is so narrow. And the outdoor ashtray was always full. The area is awful. Which is probably why they have to buzz you in at night. The housekeeping is poor. I found hairs all over the bathroom, dust in the extractor and all over the room. Burns in the carpet. The mattress protector was 6 inches down from the top of the bed. No safe, refrigerator or kettle in the room. Bedroom door difficult to shut properly. Breakfast wasn’t great. First day, the only cooked food was some very unappealing sausages and boiled eggs. Doesn’t deserve its 3 stars and not worth more than £50 per night. I paid more than twice that. There isn’t even anywhere sensible for a taxi to drop you off or pick you up. Pay no attention to the happy looking pictures. This place is a miserable dump.

Overall a great experience. The hotel is in a decent part of Paris. Not too many food options or things to see nearby but it is close to the metro to get into downtown. The room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. A little hard to get to from gare du nord because the inly train drops you off ~1 mile from the hotel so you will need to Uber or walk to the hotel.

Abbiamo scelto l’albergo per la vicinanza allo Stade de France, in occasione di un concerto. Per problematiche legate ai voli ci abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti. Punti positivi: sicuramente la posizione vicino alla metropolitana (linea 13) che a poche centinaia di metri dall’albergo, con una fermata consente l’arrivo allo stade de france. In una 20ina di minuti si raggiunge il centro e con i vari interscambi si può raggiungere qualunque destinazione abbastanza agilmente e in poco tempo. L’albergo è pulito, la stanza (la nostra a 4 letti) non grandissima, arredamento moderno ma essenziale. Non c’è un armadio chiuso ma 4-5 grucce su cui appendere i giubbotti, non c’è frigo, non c’è neanche il phon (che ho letto andava chiesto ogni sera in reception- io, per evitare l’ho portato da casa). Bagno piccolo con doccia. Letto (a mio parere) comodo ma è sostanzialmente materasso su una tavola in legno. Colazione: self service continentale con dolce e salato. Caffè e cappuccino da macchinetta automatica.. di cappuccino c’è solo il nome. Lati negativi: sicuramente la posizione. Saint Denis non è esattamente un quartiere dove fa piacere passeggiare, soprattutto la sera. Periferia povera di Parigi. Intorno per mangiare non c’è granché. Non abbiamo trovato un vero e proprio supermercato (anche se ammetto non ci siamo mai allontanati troppo dall’hotel); bistrot attorno 1 (sotto l’albergo) che però ha chiuso il giovedi e fino al sabato mattina, che siamo partiti, non abbiamo visto riaperto. Il giovedì ci siamo arrangiati al “ristorante” dell’hotel a fianco: il venerdi era chiuso pure questo (ci hanno detto “il week-end chiudiamo).. altri bistrot tecnicamente presenti in zona erano tutti chiusi (ferie? Falliti? Boh). In albergo è presente un totem per ordinare “a domicilio” ma non lo abbiamo sperimentato.. il venerdì abbiamo mangiato in un improbabile bistrot gestito da un franco-algerino (?), senza insegna, senza menù, che ha acceso la cucina solo per noi. È stato ultra-gentile, non ha accettato neanche mancia, ci ha offerto creme brûlé e avrebbe voluto offrirci pure caffè.. sconto sul conto (su foglietto).. mangiato pure bene e speso metà rispetto al solito ma non ripeterei esperienza ne mi sentirei di consigliarla. In definitiva vi consiglierei l’hotel solo se consapevoli della zona e per massimo 1-2 notti per eventi allo Stade de France. Ps. Se ci capitate merita una visita la basilica di Saint Denis, 2 fermate di metro.. superato lo choc di essere finiti ancor di più in periferia estrema, con una breve passeggiata a piedi si raggiunge una splendida Basilica gotica dove riposano una 40ina di monarchi francesi..
