We stopped by this hotel to break our long travel and we were not disappointed. We normally opt to stay at Novotels, if possible when we travel just because we know what to expect, comfortable beds, good location, clean rooms. We did get all this but so much more. The service in particular, was impeccable and went above and beyond the expectation. Shirley from the reception was extremely helpful. She was so accommodating with all our questions and she even went out of her way to translate for us when we needed help. She was also very welcoming and pleasant. The decor of the hotel is also a bit different from the standard decor that we see in other novotels, it was classy and cosy at the same time. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area again.

Hôtel très propre,personnel très accueillant et professionnel. Mention spéciale pour Matilde qui est intervenue pour moi concernant une réservation. Malgré le fait qu'elle était occupée avec le linge des chambres, elle a pris le temps de s'occuper de ma situation alors qu'elle aurait tout à fait pû me faire attendre l'ouverture de la réception, ce qui aurait été tout à fait normal. Je tiens à la remercier pour cela, pour son amabilité,son sourire et son efficacité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
