At check in, said my credit card was declined. Used a different card. I called the 1st card & they said no transaction was attempted for that amount. If it was, I had more than enough available credit.
There were no do not disturb cards for the doors.
Next morning go down for breakfast, one of the "free" amenities. No breakfast, asked about a bill credit, no. Called ******* & was told my reservation did not include breakfast (it's a free amenity) so if any of the other 3 vehicles there wanted breakfast, they were out of luck. Checked ******* & the four room res types I could have made for that day after that, all showed free breakfast, not sure what's going on with that.
After getting back from a wedding reception, go to our 2nd floor room & had to go back down because the key cards weren't working.
When we came back from the wedding reception, more cars at the hotel than at Friday check in & when we left for the wedding Saturday. My wife joked, will they have breakfast now with more people?
Next morning, saw some coffee & a few things out.
DirecTV remote batteries needed replacing, said so on a message on the tv screen.
Message in room about cleaning fees if mess left, yet one of the dressers had a bunch of empty shopping bags in it.
Couldn't print receipt at checkout.
I've stayed at some Quality Inn properties in the past, this was the worst we've ever dealt with. I would think twice before booking another Quality Inn property, definitely never stay at this one again.
