A warm welcome.....: Very nice hotel in the old fortified city of Saint Malo.......... We enjoyed breakfast in the covered garden. A special mention for the receptionist who was very helpful with our late arrival. We recommend this hotel.

We have been staying here since 2010! This hotel, the proprietors, and the city itself are top notch!! For this visit we were one flight up in a lovely, comfortable room. A very kind young man helped carry our overweight luggage up the stairs. Plenty of space to hang coats, spot for luggage, and huge bathroom with space for toiletry bags. In this type of cool weather we appreciated the tea maker in the room. The breakfast buffet is the best! Huge, absolutely delicious croissants, baguettes, butter, lovely jams, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, self cook eggs, fresh fruit juice, meat, cheese, and of course French coffee, which we always prefer. We feel at home here and look forward to our next trip. Thanks to the Quic's entire staff for a great stay.

The hotel is in a great location within the town walls. We were warmly welcomed and the hotel room was immaculately clean. There is parking available. There was a good selection for breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

This little place is in a great location right inside the city walls. It’s walking distance to everything. The owners are very nice, friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit difficult, but they helped us and it was definitely worth the cost. The room was on the small side, but very comfortable and well laid out. It was a little warm and there’s no A/C; there’s some street noise from open window, but it was fine. The bathroom was a decent size, but had limited space for toiletries and a very small shower. There’s a nice sitting room on the ground floor and a lovely little patio. Everything was extremely clean. We’d definitely stay again.

This was a great little hotel within the walls of St Malo . The staff were exceptionally friendly , helpful and accommodating . We arrived in the pouring rain on a bicycle tour and they hurried to make our room ready early for which we were very grateful ! There was safe cycle storage , comfortable and really clean and well appointed room and a good value breakfast in a lovely dining room . The location could not be beaten as the old town is small and the hotel is right by one of the old gates.

My wife and I had a great weekend in Saint-Malo in mid-June 2024 and stayed at the Quic en Groigne. The hotel is in a perfect location near the Gate de Dinan, which makes it handy not only to access sites, restaurants and shopping inside the walls, but also for catching the pedestrian ferry to Dinard. Our room was small but quiet and had everything we needed, including a piping hot shower, and comfortable bed and pillows. The entire place was incredibly clean. The hotel staff and hosts were a bonus--friendly, helpful, and they put out a great breakfast buffet each morning in the solarium. Would definitely recommend!

The Hotel is located within easy walking distance from Restaurants, Cafes and the beach. My room was exceptionally clean. The Hosts are very welcoming and helpful, Assisting with parking the car and luggage. Breakfast was fresh and more than adequate Loved every minute of my stay thank you

This small traditional hotel is right in the walled city, and convenient for walking everywhere, including to one of St Malo's yellow sand beaches just steps away at the end of the street. My room was super-quiet and overlooked the small courtyard, with a window box filled with red geraniums. The bathroom was modern, the room decor was stylish and comfortable, and everything was spotless. I had the breakfast buffet (extra), which is taken in a bright conservatory, and which had lots of choices including eggs that you boil yourself. The owners are friendly and their restaurant recommendations worked out well. The desk closes around 8 pm, after which you let yourself in the front door with a code.

Driving a car into the walled city seemed daunting at first but we were greeted at the hotel door, instructed where to park to unload, and assisted with parking in the garage. The manager of the hotel and staff could not be more welcoming with suggestions for dinner with a map to guide us. The extensive breakfast buffet included freshly made regional food in a pleasant setting.
