Had booked the hotel for one week through our travelagent. Came to the hotel, and they couldn't find the reservation. We got a voucher, but the didn't care. Asked us to call our travelagent. They didn't offer any help, this was our problem eventhough we had the voucher. We used over an hour trying to fix it. They didn't even bring us anything cold to drink in the heat. Finally we found out that ******* didn't send them the confirmation and we got a room, an upgrade as they said. To our great surprise there was no daily cleaning - only if you would pay extra. The room was big and very nice with a kitchen, two sinks in the bathroom and a big closets for our clothing. We had a balcony with harbourview and of course aircon. Three persons in that big room will do but the 3. person had to sleep on the sleeping couch - and it was terrible - could feel the springs and after 5 days my bag very hurts. The room was big enough for an extra bed. I thins the couch would be ok for kids. When you want your towels changed, you have to put them in a bag, put it outside the door. Call the reception and they will bring you some new - if they remember to do so. The poolarea was nice - the surface a bit run down. The restaurant was very good, the sweetest and most helpfull staff and good food. As I said the staff in the reception - they vere there for their paycheck - except for a guy - I can't remember his name. There is a desk, where they say they can help you with sightseeing etc. It's better to ask in the bar, they can answer your questions....
