Stayed on a recent business trip at the start of March, a wonderful hotel in a great location. Attentive staff very willing to help with your every need make you feel welcome at all times. Avoid the rooms at reception level mine was terribly noisy although very nice other than that.

Sorprendido gratamente con la ubicación de este establecimiento (98 metros a la plaza mayor) Limpieza general correcta, aunque siempre falta algún rincón oculto en el que solo mire porque se me había colado un juguete del perrera 🥲 En mi opinión como crítica constructiva deberían valorar el acondicionamiento de las ventanas ya que al estar en una plazita de bares el jaleo de la noche puede ser un poco frustrante. Pero vamos nosotros estuvimos un fin de semana y se puede aguantar. El resto bien, para ser un hostal servicios correctos, y camas cómodas dentro de la categoría. Seguramente calidad-precio para lo que buscamos nosotros de un fin de semana de visita rápida repetiríamos.

Lovely hotel - located in former convent Very friendly staff Rooms are large and well decorated - some with views of the gardens Central location - 8 minutes from Plaza Mayor Nice restaurant with good breakfast options including buffet and food cooked to order Also went to the restaurant for an evening meal - staff were attentive and food was very good Only small gripe - apart from a bottle of water on arrival - the hotel would only provide additional water for a fee which was a shame Overall - wonderful hotel

The hotel's location is excellent, within easy walking distance of everything in Salamanca's historic centre. At the same time it is very quiet with good soundproofing. We booked a superior room which was spacious with a comfortable sofa as well as a very wide and comfortable bed. The pillows were super comfortable too. There was an electric kettle as well as a coffee machine, and a small fridge., bathrobes and slippers and even a little box of 2 Lindt chocolates. The bathroom had a large walk in shower with dual rain head and hand held shower heads. Everything was very clean and we heard no noise from housekeeping staff servicing nearby rooms in the mornings. We very much appreciated being able to check in to our room immediately when we arrived at 12.30 pm, having expected to need to drop off our luggage and return to check in later. Check out time was not until 12.00 pm which avoided the need to rush and we were able to leave our luggage stored for another few hours. The price/quality ratio offered by this hotel is extremely good. There were very few negative points and only minor ones. The water pressure in the shower could have been more powerful and the washbasin counter had a strange angled surface at one side which made access to the wc slightly awkward. The volume limiter on the TV remote control was set so low that I could not hear it at all even when standing right next to the TV. I appreciate the need to avoid excessive noise for neighbouring rooms but I think the volume could be raised slightly without inconveniencing other guests.

I had the pleasure of staying at Soho Boutique Salamanca and was impressed. The staff were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and attentive. The bright, airy rooms were pleasantly decorated and comfortable, making it a pleasure to unwind after a day of exploring. The rooms also have a pillow menu with four different types. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Salamanca, with all the major attractions within walking distance. Parking was also a breeze, which added to the convenience. A great feature of this hotel is the self-service laundry downstairs. It’s easy to use, affordable, and quick—perfect for travelers on the go; which we are after a week, a wedding and 3 cities. The overall experience at Soho Boutique Salamanca was superb. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful stay in this beautiful city.

Since 2013 I have been staying at this hotel during four weeks (second week of May - first week of June) a year. Since my first time here, I have felt like being at home. All personnel are very welcoming and do everything they can to help you enjoy your stay. Their offer full breakfast with great hot and cold options; and you can enjoy it while contemplating one of the most beautiful views over Plaza Mayor (main square). Furthermore, location is unbeatable. Overall, I love staying here year after year; I already consider them part of my extended family!

Booked here last minute on travel through Spain. It has several options which appealed to us: family rooms with kitchenette, pets welcomes, 24 hour check-in, secure parking, walking distance to city centre. There are other options for families with small children but none/few with the above conveniences. The positives: The area is easily reachable with a drop-off in front. Underground, secure parking is right around the corner with direct elevator access to the lobby/rooms. The facilities and rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom was modern with good quality towels. Beds were comfortable. Some other reviewers complained about the distance to the old centre but frankly its 1 km! Come on! If you are using bus transport its right across the street from the bus terminal but its not a big city terminal which usually attracts ”colourful” characters. There's several eating options at the terminal. The underground parking was great in that the spaces were very large and it was secure. The negatives: As we arrived late the garage door was closed and wouldn't open automatically with the parking ticket so my wife had to get out and walk around to the lobby to ask they remotely open it. The air-con was a little noisy. The blind on our window was stuck closed so we couldn't let any daylight in, but we were just there for sleeping and bathing. The furniture is nothing special but functional.
