Stayed just for one night with a good friend. Room was fine and well worth the price we paid. Coffee/tea, biscuits. We had a bit of a problem with noisy guests next door but was quickly sorted out. Breakfast was really fabulous. Best I’ve had in a long time. Recommend for short stay.

An ok stay, although prepare for the pictures not to match reality. The outside of the building has seen better days, I wanted to get a broom and sweep up all the mess. The room was clean but very tired and dated. The bathroom had been modernised and was spotless.

I stayed 3 nights. Our family room was on 3/F. It was big and clean but the bathroom really needs a renovation, because the water pressure of the shower was very low. Our shower time was 3 times more than usual. It would be better to have more hooks/racks in the bathroom. There was no place to put my clothes. There was no bottle water on the first day but there were 2 on the second day and none on the third day… It was strange that the key cards needed a reset every day without a reason…

The hotel is located next to a big shopping centre and theme parks, good for families. Generally clean but found red and black spots on bed sheets and blankets… no hot water for showering at night … the housekeeping made the hair wash as hand wash so we had no hair wash during showering…

Staying at this hotel was wonderful experience . We are family of 3 and we had to have accessible room due to my husbands recent injury. I was pretty surprised to see the size of the room! It’s super spacey , has 2 huge windows. They are half opening which is a big sense for me (in my previous reviews I always say I hate locked windows with no oxygen inside 😃). Bathroom has 2 sinks : for wheel chair user and for the full size person standing which is upper comfort . Towels , shampoos and other perks are my love from Hilton. Pills are wonderful (one more naughty requirement I have to hotels ). Another cute thing is that parking is free (have you seen free parks in this country ?😆) We didn’t get the breakfast as is it’s British and we don’t eat pork . But all the rest is super wonderful !
