Service was very good. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms with best interiors. Very calm environment built with lots of detailing. Very good place to relax with friends and family. Food was good and they are cooperative. A good trip.

The stay at The Story resorts, Yercaud was pleasant. The rooms were neatly maintained and comfortable. The food was tasty with a decent variety ( Not too little nor too much). The support staff at the resort are courteous, well mannered and ready to assist.However the approach to the resort needs a lot of work to be done. The roads are very poor with abysmal lighting. There are no street lights in any of the streets leading to the hotel which makes it very unsafe to walk after Sunset. If this is paid attention to, the resort will be much much better

Room was spacious specially jacuzzi tub was awesome, Restaurant was clean and staffs at the restaurant were very friendly room service was satisfactory total resort property was filled so many art things which gives us a very pleasant feel

This resort surpassed our expectation. Rooms were very good with lot of space, overall customer service was very good. The owner of the property Rajkumar is a fantastic host and he knows how to take care of the guests. Restaurant food have limited menu but the taste was ready good. Try their specials for the day. Ranjita and alfrin - servers in the story resort restaurant gave all the attention while in restaurant and were really sweet throughout the stay. Would recommend this resort if you are looking for a genuinely peaceful play to go with ur partner or with entire family

Wonderful stay and hospitality was very good. Property is very beautifully decorated. Rooms are well planned.The owner Mr. Rajkumar's hospitality was very good. All the staffs including front office Mr. Poobalan and restaurant staffs were very friendly and approachable.

The service provided was good, as I was traveling with my 10month old, I had a second thought how to manage when it comes to his food, the prepared special food for him in the kitchen. Hot water was available 24*7.. totally stay was memorable.. good ambiance, peaceful area

A very pleasant stay, beautifully maintained and well provided services. The staff was friendly and cooperative, and provided the best of services as well. We would recommend The Story to every known person coming to Yercaud for a getaway.

We had an excellent time at The Story resorts and all the staffs were very pleasant and they were very emphatic. Specially, Mr. Boopalan was very receptive and gave full service to us. So net net it was a very good experience for us. So I would recommend this resort

We were at this place only for breakfast but noticed that the accommodation appeared to be good. It seems to be an old world building that was impressive in design but tucked away in a fairly remote location in Yercaud. For anyone wanting to spend a holiday away from any noise and pollution, it would be ideal. The range of breakfast items was limited and the taste average.
