Value for the money. Free parking is a plus, better have ur own car to go around the city. Breakfast is gd enough, the hash brown is very yummy. Will try to come again in different season. Let’s see how s everything.

Great location only 5-10 minutes walk to Old Trafford. The bed and chair was comfortable. I paid extra for the breakfast at the hotel and it was tasty

Checking in was slow as only one computer was working. Also only one elevator was working. But our room had a pleasant view of the quay.

The hotel room is big and clean with a big and comfy bed as well as housekeeping every day. It’s very near - around 2 min walk - from metro station, tram station and bus station. Love the biscoff cookies refilled every day in the mini bar. Very decent stay.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The room itself was a good size and was generally clean, apart from the ***** hair on the bathroom floor, I assume left by the previous guest 🤔. The room did have a proper ironing board and iron. However, didn’t have the usual cotton buds etc. That said I would probably stay here again and notify management of any hair issues 😉

good location with free parking! great service from helpful staff. breakfast was good. WiFi wasn't great. overall very happy and would stay here again if visiting Manchester with a car.

The hotel is very close to Otford Stadium and the hotel rooms are large. But the front desk service was slow and chaotic, the room was not air-conditioned and was not tidied up.

Overall was a comfortable stay with pleasant staff. However, I ordered room service on the first night at around 11pm. I left the plates and tray outside the room shortly before midnight and was surprised not only to see it still there in the morning but it was still there around 1pm when I was leaving the room. I also asked for hand soap for the room but they said they had ran out so I had to buy my own 😳.

It is a minus without air conditioning, especially we visit on summer days.

Free parking here a huge plus. Front desk didn't have great English skills so the communication when i wanted to request info on staying longer wasn't great, but overall a very nice stay.

Copthorne hotel manchester saltford Quays sit in a very convenient area, few min to manchester united and few min to shopping town. Also the price is very good. However, the service, cleanness and facilitate also proportional to the price. Don‘t expect too much, I bought some food that need to be freezed, hotel dun even provide any service for freezing food and my food all gone 😭.

Hotel was nice but the shower system at the hotel is not the best
