Perfect hotel for a peaceful relaxing time in beautiful surroundings. We had a large balcony with a beautiful sea view and could hear the waves. The hotel is spotless and the pool bar is very reasonable. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Both directions there are costal walks leading to Beautiful beaches, small coves and the main promenade. It easy to walk yo the msin ***** of shops, bars and restaurants. We got a taxi back from the large supermarket it was only 7 euros. We self catered and the kitchen was well equippec.

4th time staying here,overall great treat,had the pleasure of meeting javier a true gentleman,makeover of hotel keeps getting better and that means hotel is getting busier than ever so keep that in mind. Sometimes what makes something special can lose its charm and can become too commercial.familarity is rife when it comes to the bar however and trivial conversations with staff should be avoided.entertainment has become very important in this hotel and we did enjoy it too a point.there seems to be a power struggle going on from certain staff members and entertainment so if asked what you think about certain entertainers keep it too yourself.overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future.

So I was very nervous about arriving at this hotel due to some of the not so good reviews. This hotel/apartments have had a full renovation and look nothing like the Tui website that we booked through. This is not a 5 star hotel and you don't pay 5 star prices for what you pay this is a great hotel. The check was a little slow but staff are very pleasant. Although some had to wait till 4pm we didnt have to our room was ready, I think this depends on when the rooms have been cleaned. We had a two bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a sofa bed in the living dining area bunk beds in one room and two singles pushed together in the double room. The hotel is clean and cleaners come in everyday if you want them to if you don't just turn the sign round to the red side. We was there for a week and we asked for our bedding to be fully changed on day 2 due to our little one spilling her milk and they was more than happy to do so the cleaners are really lovely. We was half board breakfast is 8am-10am and there is a good choice omelettes and fried eggs made fresh on request at the buffet area. Full English fruit salad yogurt lots of pastries and churros. Coffee orange pineapple juice there is tea but only flavoured so if you want a proper cuppa bring your own tea bags or there is a shop down the road who sells pj tips for 3.50e. We used the hotel as a base to explore and its great for this there is a hill but our 4 year old did it everyday without complaint. The view from our room at the side balcony was not amazing but it was quiet and on an evening nice to sit and listen to the entertainment. There is entertainment every evening from 9pm we went two nights and the first night was a man with a saxophone and the next a lovely English singer who was great. Some nights we heard Spanish singing so it's mixed not entertainment we are used to but still enjoyed it. We drank the sangria and it was nice and 11 euros for a jug. Lots of sunbathing areas. Evening food abit samey most evenings 7pm- 9pm but something to eat every night only water included with evening meal. The waiting staff are efficient and helpful if you need anything. At the back of the hotel down some stairs is a beautiful small cove beach that was not crowded like the other two beaches close by. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Salou

We arrived at this hotel around 11.30am, we were absolutely knackerd after not sleeping the night before are we were on an early flight and had to be at the airport in the middle of the night so we wanted to just get in to our room for a sleep. We were dropped off at the hotel around 11.30am and after a lengthy check in we were then told that our room would not be available until around 4.00pm. We had to wander round Salou in the heat, fully clothed, absolutely knackered and carrying all our holiday money and passports. We flew with Jet 2 and there was nothing to say that the check in for this hotel was 4.00pm, when I spoke with the holiday rep she said it is in the terms and conditions but who reads all the terms and conditions. There should be something under the room details on the Jet 2 website. We have been going abroad for over 30 years and the room has always been ready for us arriving. Apart from that it was a nice hotel.

Exceptional staff, could not reccomend more highly for this. But the pictures don't do this place justice. The recent renovations are significant, making all rooms very nice. Advised outside of the holiday season property is closed to do ongoing renovations. Food was plain not very adventurous, being HB hoped for better. I feel this may be something new or mostly just a RO accomodation. Bar was friendly and service good. Pool was smaller than expected for size of property, but ok. I guess again mostly using as a RO base to explore. Very happy with our week here would readily reccomend but perhaps as B&B or RO.

Having read some reviews of the hotel, we decided to book a holiday for our family (2 adults and 2 children) at this hotel. Check in was easy, although some comments about the 200 Euro deposit is correct. This can be paid cash or by card. We've already received this via card refund. The room was a decent size (studio) located on third floor at the front of the hotel. 2 double beds plus a sofa bed, with kettle, microwave, etc. (We were self catering). The room location itself was a small issue, as the hotel opposite (Playa Park) has entertainment until 10:30-11pm at night and can be quite loud. Didn't wake the kids up, and some of it we watched from our balcony. (Although some of it was pretty terrible). However our first night we were tired and went to bed early but couldn't sleep for music being played. The room had a decent air con system to. The staff were really good at the hotel, and all smiles. There's a female lifeguard at the pool who is pretty miserable and on her phone the whole time. The male lifeguard was all smiles and helpful. He let my son's play with their inflatables, etc in the kids pool, even though the day before the female lifeguard wouldn't allow it. We tried the food one night, but wouldn't recommend it. Bland and not much choice. The location is great, access (walkable) to 3 beaches nearby, all different sizes. We preferred Platja dels Llenguadets beach to the main beach at Salou, it's small with no facilities other than a portaloo, but it's quiet and it was great for snorkeling. Our kids loved it. Location wise the hotel is in a good spot, not far from the main Salou shops and bars. Plenty of places nearby to eat and drink. I'd go back again.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Friendly staff. Clean spacious room which was cleaned daily. And great view from our room with a nice balcony. Great location very short walk to the sea and small walk to salou town.

A perfect 3 star. Can’t fault this hotel at all! It’s what you expect with a 3 star. It’s also in a great location. Room size is very good, little bit dated but still smart. Staff were great especially Fai on the bar.

A fair 3 star hotel plenty to like in a great spot near to the beach .Check in we needed to send a copy of our email booking over to them although they had our names and the tour operator had had confirmed so a pain sending emails ,tourist tax need to be paid on arrival which is fair enough ,the 200 euro room deposit was a shock and could do a family's budget some damage .We stayed in room 108 ground floor ,clean tidy with good shower hairdryer ,fridge 2 ring cooker all up to standard cups were provided if you want mugs take your own a sharp knife may also have been useful but not provided . the room was dark with a poor outlook on to the road also noisy with work on the hotel during the day and noise from other hotels at night made the balcony not a place to sit and put a dampener on the trip .Pool area quiet and plenty of places to sun bathe
