It was my first time in Georgia, I was with several friends. My expectations were high because Ramada is a global brand with a good reputation, but what I received was much more than what I expected. The hotel is located in the old town, not far from the center. The city itself is very beautiful, but the service at the hotel left the greatest impression. I lived there for 4 days and during these four days I remember one person of the reception staff, Arthur. This guy is a real diamond and a true professional in his field. The attention with which he treated us and how he was ready to help at any moment of the day or night was very pleasant as a guest and just as a human being.He booked restaurants for us, answered taxis to any questions and had pleasant conversations on other topics that interested us. Regarding the level of English in Georgia, his English is at the highest level. In addition to excellent staff, the hotel will offer excellent spa service, breakfast, underground parking, etc. In conclusion, I will say that these holidays paid off. I will definitely come back again, Ramada, I hope you will become even better, although it will be difficult because you are already super.

Pros: very clean, good rooms, great breakfast, very very friendly service and good location. this building is the highest in the city, so make sure to ask for a high floor this way you can get a very good view of the city. Hotel has a nice pool and gym. I didnt have chance to try the spa. Hotel has a free parking for your car. Cons: nothing bad at all . this is a very good place in Tiblisi. it might be on the ”expensive” side but again , it is one of the best places in the city. if you are on a budget trip, then you can stay in another place .

First travel is like i dont want to come back to this hotel anymore. We came to celebrate our 3rd year anniversary in Tbilisi. The bad things was, we stayed at the 2nd floor and it was really worst! Air-conditioned not working we dont feel comfy at all its too hot especially when you're going to sleep, outside view was like a view of our neighborhood house (you will not feel that you are staying at the hotel) and you will not feel safe at all because if you open the door to feel the cold and fresh air, it seems like someone will come up and I tried to open the window, it's surprise me because it's totally broken! In the Reception, they are not friendly. Not smiling. About the breakfast, its really common. Thanks to the waitress who give us smile early morning whenever we eat there! Points will be given for the housekeeper who make up our room during our stay. What we enjoy in Georgia is, the hotel is near from the groceries, restaurants, fast food, etc. And the most thing we love was spending our day at Gudauri ski Resort and some tourist spot in Georgia. Hope to come back again to this country but i dont think to this hotel again.

Staff members from each department are very nice and profesional people and they are trying there best to impress there customers. Also, I wanted to say personal thank you about front desk member Nina who helped me since the first day till the last.She did an amazing job and made our stay more memorable.

We spent two nights in this property first impressions are excellent the foyer is very elegant . Check in and out was very efficient and friendly as was baggage handling . Our rooms (204 and 409 ) were spacious and well presented as were the bathrooms and reflected the overall elegance of the entire property . Facilities were as you would expect in a five star establishment, connectivity was good as was the sleep quality noise levels were low despite construction work on lower floors. The staff on the whole were very pleasant which in Georgia is not always the case especially in the restaurants , everyone we dealt with had a reasonable command of English particularly on reception and hotel porters . We used the hotel limousine service to the airport which was superb the driver was very helpful and polite and drove very safely. The vehicle was a Maybach which was spacious and comfortable . I forgot my hand luggage in the car at the airport after we were dropped ( panic time) but fortunately a phone call to the hotel had the driver speeding back to us within fifteen minutes . Despite some of the not so good reviews we felt this hotel was expensive for Georgia but nevertheless was reasonably priced for the standard of service it provides . This opinion is based on twenty years of staying in five star hotels for between five to seven months a year in a wide variety of locations throughout the world. In short a nice property.

Apabila saya pulang ke rumah pada hari pertama selepas pengembaraan saya pada pukul 6 petang. bilik saya tidak dibersihkan. Saya dibuat sangat marah.
