Hotel pangsapuri yang sangat asas. Hampir tidak ada kerusi geladak di kolam renang, dan mereka berkongsi bar dengan apartmen di sebelahnya. Tempat penginapan ditutup dan tempat letak kenderaan berlebihan dikenakan bayaran 17 Euro sehari. Pilihan yang lebih baik untuk membuat tempahan lebih awal

Nice, clean and central apartments. Lovely staff, bit noisy due to pub downstairs and no hairdryer etc, but can be rented from reception! Can be noisy in rooms with the hallway, but perfect for cheap and cheerful holiday in Salou ✨

Los apartamentos están bastante bien, lo encontramos limpio y está bien ubicado. Las camas estan bien se puede decir que son comodas, si quieres cocinar tienes que comprar las cosas para después limpiar ( valleta, estropajo y jabon). Por lo demás todo bien, El personal que trabaja allí es muy amable.

La gente de recepción era muy amable. El único problema que nos hemos encontrado es que el frigorífico estaba muy deteriorado.

Stayed here for 5 nights for €160 quid thinking that’s a bargain only to checkin and made to pay €100 deposit was a bit upset but in fairness to the hotel it was in the small print during the booking process. On the second day of my stay I lost my room key thinking it’s no big deal and surely I’ll get a replacement I approached reception they said if you can’t find your key that’s your €100 quid gone absolute joke!!!! I did manage to find it thankfully in the end. Room was okay done the job. Bar staff also quite friendly and drinks are very well priced 😎

At check in we were welcomed by a lovely receptionist called Salma who was extremely helpful and professional and credit to the hotel , the room had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean , great bar staff and lovely pool area …. Also central location thanks for a lovely stay myself and my friends will definitely return

Do not pay the £100 deposit it’s a scam when you get there , myself and my neighbours never got this back and left the apartment better then when we got there , SCAM they took £200 out of my account , they will not give it back ————————————————————

Came to the hotel got told we couldn’t check in till 5 or we had to pay 30€ to get in our room which wasn’t guaranteed and this had no information about this on our booking. And we didn’t end up getting the room we paid for. Holes in walls, floor, door, tiles cracked hotel room stunk, bathroom stunk of sewage, bath and toilet unclean. Staff was really rude and unappreciative when we went to complain she said “what’s your problem” in a bad manner. No respect at all. I know it’s only budget hotel but would not recommend.

€150 deposit for a dirty room thats we had to clean. electrical sockets hanging off walls, AC not working, bathroom smelled like sewage and there was only one toilet roll not to mention the state of it, staff was rude to everyone and anyone, power cuts, iv seen better hostels, room was nothing like the pictures place looks like a time capusle for the 80s, place is a dump would never be back again.. Theres zoos ran better

Absolutely awful, would not recommend to anyone. Please listen to the reviews. Brown hair receptionist so so rude, when we checked in after waiting 2 hours for the reception to open we didn’t even get “ enjoy your stay” or even made to feel welcome . Tabacco and **** all over the sofa when we arrived to our room. Giving one toilet roll for the week and towels are hand towels and €2 for a big towel and €2 each for a roll of toilet roll. Please read the reviews before booking, the pool had cigarette buts in it and was not clean. The room has to be kept clean to get your €100 deposit back absolute joke. We were on a holiday to relax not to have to brush and mop the floors to get our money back which the cleaners should be there to do for us.

Just back from a week here in the Pacific salou apartments, Would not recommend, and won't be returning, check in was pure rudeness, beds are awful, rooms very spacious but dated , lights and Lecky kept tripping, Breakfast was ok No no nono no no no

This place has to be one of the worst places I have ever stayed in. Nearly £200 deposit for a really run down room, on the amenities it says it has air con which is a lie, bathroom was nasty with one toilet roll and 4 small hand towels. The reception staff were rude and Salma made it out like we had to fully clean on leaving which was another lie. It wasn't even clean when we checked in. The bathroom smelt like sewage. No kettle, toaster, hairdryer or even iron you had to rent them from reception which is an absolute piss take.. the beds were the hardest I've ever felt. When making the bed the mattress was full of stains and the pull out bed was ridiculous, the shower head kept falling so had to hold it while i showered. Apart from the pool the best part of this wannabe hotel is the door out!!!! Salou is an absolutely gorgeous place but this hotel is like fawlty towers!!!

I really can't understand all these bad reviews. If you book a budget hotel and then expect The Ritz you deserve to be disapointed. My room was clean and tidy if a little tired. It was spacious and airy with a nice balcony that got the sunshine all afternoon. The bathroom was plenty big enough and everything was in good working order. It's in a great location with plenty of nice places to eat and drink. The staff were all polite and professional and always ready to help although the reception not being open 24/7 could be a bit of a pain. You need to pay a 100 euro deposit but that's fair enough, just don't break anything and leave your room as you found it. I had my deposit back in my bank before I got home. I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.
