The hotel is in the city center. The room is not big, the bathroom is small, and the toiletries are also very small, just enough for two people with short hair. There is soap but no shower gel for bathing. The room is very clean. The advantages are: parking is convenient, the hotel has its own parking lot, free entry and exit for 10 yuan a day, and the location is excellent. It is next to several famous attractions in Salt Lake City and is only a few minutes' walk away.

The only problems I had were the comforter and the bathroom sink. The comforter had rolled up little stuffing in each square. It was strange and they probably should replace the comforters. The bathroom sink took over an hour to drain. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. I would rate the front desk staff a 5 out of 5. Very friendly.

Stayed 2 nights. Newly remodeled. Was surprised by how nice the rooms were. Big TV. Had a south east facing room and had a view of snow capped mountains. Clean bright white linens. Towels weren’t as new, but were clean. Everything looks brand new inside. Only thing that looks dated a few years are the doors and bathtub. Spacious room. Great food and drink and the restaurant and bar. Parking was steep ($25/n). Overall great stay and would definitely book here again.

It is a 4-hour drive from Yellowstone Park. The hotel has new facilities and a 24-hour supermarket downstairs. The bread and coffee are good. The restaurant has good taste and service. There is not much to visit around, so it is suitable for a one-night stay while visiting several national parks to feel the atmosphere of the city.

The room is medium in size, clean and tidy, but the sound insulation is not good. There may be people gathering in the outside room. I have a drink. I can hear it clearly when I open the door and close the door. It is a bit noisy and it is still more than one o'clock in the morning. The floor height of the room is too low, I always feel a bit depressed, the hotel has breakfast, I can eat enough. But the location of the hotel is OK, walk to the Temple Square, listen to the Mormon Church chorus is quite shocking

I stayed at the hotel for a business trip, and the location was very convenient as it was adjacent to the convention center. It was located downtown, so going to the mall or other tourist attractions was good. However, the bedding was not washed and ironed. All 4 pillows had a musty smell, and even after room cleaning in the middle, the condition was the same. So I couldn't tell if the bedding was changed or not. Also, I mistakenly booked the check-in date and added one extra day when I checked in. But it seems necessary to check as it is charged at the average price of 2 days. However, I did not receive any receipt or billing documents after check-out via e-mail or a printed one.

The interior of the room is nice, the hot water is good and the temperature is suitable.
The overall atmosphere of this hotel is businesslike, and the hospitality is verbal. Late check-out requires payment, but constructive suggestions are also given, saying that luggage can be stored for free.
This hotel believes that the kitchen sink and microwave oven are added to the room, and the tableware is placed in the cabinet, even if it is a kitchen, this needs to be carefully identified by the sales platform. A real kitchen must have a gas stove or an electric stove, and the microwave oven cannot be counted as a real stove, so as to insist that there is a kitchen.
When I checked in at night, I saw that there was no stove in my room, so I told the staff on duty that I booked a room with a kitchen and asked to change rooms, but she said that their standard king bed room never had a kitchen. Then there is a problem. They sell rooms with kitchens on the platform, but she said there is no kitchen. Is the staff on duty fooling me, or is the hotel fooling the agency platform, or they themselves think that such a room does not have a kitchen at all, which is very interesting.
I need to thank the Ctrip staff who helped me at 12:00 am on October 7 (Salt Lake City time). They made me feel strongly supported in a foreign country.
In short, this hotel is not very generous.

The room is very stylish. The front desk staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel room looks very beautiful. There is a bar and swimming pool on the top floor of the hotel, with a nice environment.
The room is big and the location is good. It is convenient to go anywhere in downtown. But parking is expensive... $25 a day, I thought it was free. Then asking the front desk for toiletries is also expensive, $7 a day. The facilities are a bit old. The service is OK. It's average.

The hotel is opposite the Utah Jazz home, but it is about 10 minutes from the main city commercial center. It will take 10 minutes from Temple Square. Hotel health is not bad, that is, the room does not have toothbrushes and slippers, call to the front desk, said no slippers, sent a toothbrush and toothpaste. In addition, the door of the bathroom was broken. I called the customer service and waited for half an hour. I called a room attendant at the back door and came in to help me open it. Overall good, health is OK.

GGuest UserIt is very close to the Salt Lake City Airport. It is only a few minutes' drive from the highway. It should be a resort hotel with complete facilities. There are many hotels around it, and there is also a scenic lake.
LLaoguobaThis one in Salt Lake City, the room was fine. Meet expectations. Breakfast is also quite satisfactory.
Only disappointment and upset was that I left the next day and the $198 deposit was never cancelled. Yes, it has been 11 days. I called the front desk on 7.16, and the female staff replied about 4 working days. As a result, looking at it today, all Marriott's Springhills have not been cancelled. But what stands out is that there is a $20 deposit for other Springhills suites. This 198, why? Salt Lake City expensive? Aren't you worried that such an inefficient cancellation of the deposit will affect your guests' next itinerary? Not everyone has a $30,000 credit card limit and can ignore your slow refunds. Regarding this hotel in Salt Lake City, it has bad reviews. It is recommended not to go if you are concerned about the speed of returning the 198 deposit.
BByung HeeReal good hotel during convention period.
Room is spacious and clean. Essential places like shopping mall, restaurant especially Korean foods and church etc are closed to this hotel.
I am very much satisfied except breakfast which is too high compared to simple buffet foods.

GGuest UserThe hotel is OK, I like it very much. It is convenient for food and accommodation. I will come again next time. I will definitely come here for business trips again if I have the chance. The accommodation is very good. I like this hotel very much. It is very good. Recommend to everyone!
MMINGVery close to the airport, the hotel has a free shuttle pick-up and drop-off machine, the hotel has a swimming pool and gym, although not big, but you can relax, breakfast is a bit simple, overall good
GGuest UserBreakfast is good, you can bake waffles yourself.
Good sanitary conditions.
The room is relatively large, the sanitary conditions are very good, and it is not complete.
The surrounding environment is quiet and safe.
GGuest UserSalt Lake City is so popular to tourists that it is hard to get a good deal in the last minute. We booked Motel 6 which told us they did not have a bed for us when we arrived. We had to rebook, and Metropolitan Inn had one room left according to Trip.com. Thus we were fortunate not to go to a more expensive one. The facilities are good. We were happy to stay there for two nights.
玉玉女手筆This hotel is located at the Salt Lake City Airport in the United States, and it is also the place where we boarded the bus for the local tour group. I found this classic European-style suite on trip.com, and the price was not too expensive, more than 210 US dollars after tax. My friend called the hotel directly to book this room, and they said they didn’t have it. But I was a member of trip.com and could book it, so lucky! My friends were very interested in the suite I stayed in and asked me which hotel it was from. The hotel’s service and facilities are good!
GGuest UserGot to hand it to Rocky, he actually knows what customer service is all about. If he isn't all ready he should be manager. Helped me our even when all booked up! Switched rooms without a hassle.
The hotel itself is just like any other motel 6. I give 2 stars on amenities no shampoo furnished and coffee doesnt happen like the one in woods cross and a few other things that other motels furnish, location downtown not the worst but not the greatest convenient to trax. Overall 3 stars (4 if you get Rocky checking you in)
