Hotel berhampiran Pituba Park Center, Salvador

Fui para dormir tranquilo, ficaria só uma noite. Fiquei num quarto superior, no andar 21. No dia seguinte para descer para o café da manhã descobri que o 4 elevadores estavam parados devido a ruptura de um cano. ok que acidentes acontecem e aí nao tinha muito o que fazer, mas acho que faltou um pouco de gerenciamento de crisa por parte dos funcionários que nao tiveram muito tato para tratar da situação tão constrangedora. tive que descer e subir os 21 andares pelas escadas. tinha pago a estadia parte em pontos e parte em dinheiro. e muito gentilmente a parte em dinheiro me foi devolvida, mas de qquer forma eu acho que falta um melhor gerenciamento de risco e de crise em situações como essa. Uma pena, pq Mercure sempre é uma estadia que gosto.

O hotel é maravilhoso, há bastante tempo faço uso dos serviços, é um dos meus preferidos em Salvador. A qualidade dos serviços é excelente, o restaurante muito bom, o café da manhã excepcional. As instalações também seguem o mesmo padrão de excelência. Vale muito a pena a hospadagem no São Salvador. Mais do que reomendado. A suíte na Torre 2 é muito boa, espaçosa e cofortável, vale a pena pagar um pouco mais.

Check-in process smooth. The room was small and nothing exceptional. We had lunch at the hotel. The food was ok, however it is not possible to put lunch and or breakfast on the room. We had to pay straight away to the waiter. At mornings, before breakfast, the hotel wasn't very organised. We had to queue and wait for whoever didn't have it included and so on. The quality wasn't good. Unfortunately I would not recommend it.

desde a minha reserva, até o check out tive um excelente experiência… ao chegar no hotel às recepcionistas da tarde me atenderam fom todas as informações precisas, com bom atendimento e educação. quarto confortável, ar-condicionado e vista para o mar!  café da manhã muito amplo, com tudo fresquinho e limpinho!  sem dúvidas irei retornar mais vezes!!!

os quartos do hotel não são muito bom, café da manhã , precisa melhorar muito, pouca opção de alimento só tinha bolo na mesa. atendimento das recepcionista muito bom, porém as da cozinha tudo de cara feia, no café da manhã comi um mamão que parecia estar estragado, vomitei na hora...

The Fasano is located next to the Pelourinho, the UNESCO World Heritage Site. This means you can walk to the main sights easily. Old building, nicely renovated, now in modern style. Rooms tend to be on the small side, but are nice and have all you need. Nice rooftop pool with small bar, great views. Breakfast is very good, good choice and good quality. Lunch is ok, but nothing special. Most staff members are very friendly, they try their best to accommodate your needs. Yes there are some hiccups in the service, things got forgotten etc, but as they are very friendly you can live with it. Probably one of the better Fasanos, compared to others, here the staff pay more attention to details and are more client focused. I can recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Salvador, probably the best option in town. I would like to thank Janine, Maria and all other staff members who did their best to make my stay a very nice one.

This hotel is good and has a very good buffet breakfast and I also enjoyed the evening buffet there. However, the beach which the hotel overlooks is difficult to access and also has a large building site next to it. The wifi is shocking and it is almost an exaggeration to say that it exists. In the rooms it keeps cutting out and in the restaurant it is not available at all in some parts

Excelente hotel, porém o serviço péssimo. No café da manhã você mesmo tem que ficar limpando mesa pra sentar e ir atrás de talher, não tem funcionários suficientes. Tudo é demorado. Nenhum dia consegui comer a tapioca ou omelete que pedi, demorou certamente mais de 45 minutos e desisti. O check out hoje foi uma epopeia. Recepção demoradissima! A estrutura do hotel é ótima, piscina e quarto confortável!

The Novotel Salvador Hangar Aeroporto best features are its location near the airport, newer facilities than most properties in Salvador, and it operates under the ACCOR hotel brand. Despite these advantages, I must report a unacceptable experience during my stay December 28th to 31st 2022 followed by deplorable managerial customer service in response to verified and documented service failures. I have reported these issues to my travel agency, my corporate travel unit, and my personal travel networks. As I discovered this property using Trip Advisor, I have decided to report this matter for the benefit of my fellow readers. I do not recommend this property for business travelers nor cultural tourism travelers (especially not those seeking afro-Brazilian tourism or those welcoming to the African diaspora). I share some reasons herein: • Unreliable Service: During my stay I experienced one major internet outage over six business hours, as well as minor room outages (less than 30 minutes) on each day of my stay. This hotel was advertised as catering to business travelers, but the hotel provided no updates when internet would be restored despite repeated requests. I did not receive any support to manage the disruption to my teleworking, and personnel were unable/unwilling to facilitate solutions (At one point, I was recommended to use the free internet of one of the shopping malls. Imagine carrying expensive computer equipment to what my taxi driver warned was a “high crime” area). Sadly, the ability of the reception staff to identify solutions was more unreliable than the internet service. • Poor Room Quality: This hotel advertises rooms of high standards of quality, and I am sure many receive good rooms. However, I received a room that was both substandard quality (bathroom sidings and interior furniture water damaged, door malfunction, refrigerator malfunction) and pollutted by the buildings HVAC exhaust being poorly designed, allowing exhaust to flow against rooms on the lower floor (high noise pollution noticeable when sleeping). I believe most guests do not have this experience, as the issue likely affects few rooms on the lower floors. However, when choosing this property, one must ask the question, how does the receptionist decide who receives these rooms which experience high dust inflow and high noise pollution (I have videos and photos available upon request). Why are some customers placed in quality rooms, and others assigned to substandard rooms (noting the hotel has standard room types based on bed requirements)? Why did this hotel property assume that one of their few afro-descendent customers would accept the worst room in the property? • Deplorable Managerial Level Customer Service: Upon checkout, a customer service representative noted my dissatisfaction with my hotel experience, and asked if I would be willing to receive inquires from hotel management the next business day. Bem, já ficamos anteriormente nesse hotel. É um ótimo local para quem vai com crianças… têm recreação, ótimo café da manhã e limpeza e atendimento satisfatório. Porém, quando estávamos fazendo o checkin a moça da recepção informou que fizemos a reserva apenas para um casal e que as crianças não estavam incluídas… Não sei se o problema foi do hotel ou do TRIP pois, não deixa de evitar o constrangimento sendo que a reserva foi realizada com quantidade de hóspedes corretamente. O Wi-Fi deixa muiiiiiito a desejar… quase não funciona! Ah, o vaso sanitário do quarto (65) péssimo! Pra realizar as necessidades ficamos sentados e sem apoio, pois não sei que engenharia foi essa que ficamos sentados e de ponta de pé! Altíssimo e pia extremamente baixa… mas, no geral foi bom e voltaria…
