Muito bem localizado café da manhã impecável apenas a ressalva de que os funcionários não podem ou não deveriam ligar para o hóspede no meio da manhã para perguntar se sabemos do horário do check out!

O Aquarena Hotel é um hotel numa zona bem movimentada, fica de frente para uma avenida e por isso o barulho dos carros pode ser um incômodo. o check in foi demorado e confuso, já havia realizado o pagamento de 50% e mesmo assim fui cobrado novamente, sendo necessário reenviar o comprovante para sanar essa pendenga que deveria estar num sistema do hotel. Ainda, alguns quartos não tem frigobar, mas o hotel vende água e refrigerante na recepção, o detalhe fica para o pagamento, tem que ser imediatamente não sendo possível colocar na conta do quarto, ou você tem como pagar imediatamente ou não leva. A chegada ao hotel é fácil, fica perto da Fonte Nova, o gps não teve problemas para encontrar. O quarto é bem pequeno, o banheiro idem, uma pessoa maior passaria bastante aperto. O café da manhã é bem modesto, o ponto forte fica por conta da tapioca feita na hora. No mais, o hotel possui um bom custo benefício mas não é um dos melhores.

The Fasano is located next to the Pelourinho, the UNESCO World Heritage Site. This means you can walk to the main sights easily. Old building, nicely renovated, now in modern style. Rooms tend to be on the small side, but are nice and have all you need. Nice rooftop pool with small bar, great views. Breakfast is very good, good choice and good quality. Lunch is ok, but nothing special. Most staff members are very friendly, they try their best to accommodate your needs. Yes there are some hiccups in the service, things got forgotten etc, but as they are very friendly you can live with it. Probably one of the better Fasanos, compared to others, here the staff pay more attention to details and are more client focused. I can recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Salvador, probably the best option in town. I would like to thank Janine, Maria and all other staff members who did their best to make my stay a very nice one.

Very cozy and friendly hotel atmosphere..Service was professional, friendly and caring for all our needs. Travelled wih my husband on vacation. Room was cleanned everyday, room service was attentive to our requests, only the cleanliness of bathroom lacked attention. Air conditioning, being a beach front summer hotel, worked perfectly. Some of the employees went above and beyond their duties to help our staying feel like home. Mauricio at the poolbar and Gabriel - great friendly delicious tropical cocktails served. Carlos Jose at the main Hotel Restaurant did a fantastic job with a smile always. Barbara at the restaurante was exceptional. The receptionists always had a genuine friendliness way to make us happy to be back with a smile and what can we do for your staying be perfect? Trully we enjoyed once again be the guest at the facility. Will be back!

For the price paid, the value is exceptional. The location is safe, 5 metres from the beach (about as close as a hotel can get) and a few minutes walk from supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities. The breakfast as is always the case with Rede Andrade hotels is varied and sizable. This hotel branch is much nicer than two others I stayed at in Salvador with a comfortable lobby area and outside seating courtyard. Though my room was misrepresented as ”an apartment” when it is a normal room, I was fine with it given the low price paid. I had a sea view and the room contained the necessary features, i.e. fridge, TV, hot shower, ac, and towels/soaps. The WiFi was terrible though with no signal at all in the room. Aside from the latter, everything was great as were the staff. Would recommend 100%

Excelente localização, próximo ao Shopping da Bahia e com acesso fácil a outras áreas e saída da cidade. Apartamento silencioso. Wi fi funcionando perfeitamente. Ótimo atendimento na recepção e café da manhã muito bom. Estacionamento gratuito e seguro. Pretendo voltar e recomendo.

O hotel é maravilhoso, há bastante tempo faço uso dos serviços, é um dos meus preferidos em Salvador. A qualidade dos serviços é excelente, o restaurante muito bom, o café da manhã excepcional. As instalações também seguem o mesmo padrão de excelência. Vale muito a pena a hospadagem no São Salvador. Mais do que reomendado. A suíte na Torre 2 é muito boa, espaçosa e cofortável, vale a pena pagar um pouco mais.

Primeira e última experiência de hospedagem no hotel. Cheguei cansada da viagem e a região estava com problema de energia elétrica há mais de um dia, segundo uma informação passada por um funcionário(a). Além do calor enorme, os aparelhos do ar condicionado não funcionavam, TVs fora do ar, lâmpadas piscando o tempo todo, ou seja, um problema que o hotel vem se arrastando por muito tempo, e não foi a primeira vez, preferem perder equipamentos queimados, ”jogam” comidas fora por descongelamento, não preocupam com hóspedes que chegam exaustos da viagem, do que adquirir gerador de energia. Muito triste. E com esse dia exaustivo, você escutar uma funcionária da recepção, trocando o turno com outro colega de trabalho e dizendo em voz alta para não contar com ela pra nada que ela será desprezível...Gente do céu, precisa-se de um treinamento, saber agir e se comportar mediante aos que estão lá, pois a funcionária representa o hotel e o hóspede que está lá, ouvir isso, é extremamente desagradável. Nossa, foram dias de muito cansaço e decepção, além da praia à frente, que NÃO É ITAPUÃ, e sim, Praia do Sal, que um surfista e um ”salva-vidas” não permitiu a minha entrada no mar por ser extremamente perigoso. Muitos já morreram lá esse ano 2024, hennn...Não vale a pena, pessoal, de verdade. Escrevi todo esse relato para ajudar a vocês, para não perderam viagem e não terem dor de cabeça.

The Novotel Salvador Hangar Aeroporto best features are its location near the airport, newer facilities than most properties in Salvador, and it operates under the ACCOR hotel brand. Despite these advantages, I must report a unacceptable experience during my stay December 28th to 31st 2022 followed by deplorable managerial customer service in response to verified and documented service failures. I have reported these issues to my travel agency, my corporate travel unit, and my personal travel networks. As I discovered this property using Trip Advisor, I have decided to report this matter for the benefit of my fellow readers. I do not recommend this property for business travelers nor cultural tourism travelers (especially not those seeking afro-Brazilian tourism or those welcoming to the African diaspora). I share some reasons herein: • Unreliable Service: During my stay I experienced one major internet outage over six business hours, as well as minor room outages (less than 30 minutes) on each day of my stay. This hotel was advertised as catering to business travelers, but the hotel provided no updates when internet would be restored despite repeated requests. I did not receive any support to manage the disruption to my teleworking, and personnel were unable/unwilling to facilitate solutions (At one point, I was recommended to use the free internet of one of the shopping malls. Imagine carrying expensive computer equipment to what my taxi driver warned was a “high crime” area). Sadly, the ability of the reception staff to identify solutions was more unreliable than the internet service. • Poor Room Quality: This hotel advertises rooms of high standards of quality, and I am sure many receive good rooms. However, I received a room that was both substandard quality (bathroom sidings and interior furniture water damaged, door malfunction, refrigerator malfunction) and pollutted by the buildings HVAC exhaust being poorly designed, allowing exhaust to flow against rooms on the lower floor (high noise pollution noticeable when sleeping). I believe most guests do not have this experience, as the issue likely affects few rooms on the lower floors. However, when choosing this property, one must ask the question, how does the receptionist decide who receives these rooms which experience high dust inflow and high noise pollution (I have videos and photos available upon request). Why are some customers placed in quality rooms, and others assigned to substandard rooms (noting the hotel has standard room types based on bed requirements)? Why did this hotel property assume that one of their few afro-descendent customers would accept the worst room in the property? • Deplorable Managerial Level Customer Service: Upon checkout, a customer service representative noted my dissatisfaction with my hotel experience, and asked if I would be willing to receive inquires from hotel management the next business day. A respeito da recepção pos 23 horas. Atendimento de um só recepcionista, muito devagar. Sugestão: se o check in foi feito com um QR Code confirma a entrada e só se entrega a chave ou ela já esteja disponível em um balcão ou armário com chave.
