Our stay at Pearl Farm Beach Resort exceeded every expectation we had. We truly felt like we were in paradise, the resort is breathtaking beyond what the photos can convey. There were so many activities available at almost at any time - including snorkelling, jet-skiing , kayaking, massages etc and the staff are always accomodating and helpful. We stayed in a Samal overlooking incredible views of the ocean and Mt Apo on a clear day, the rooms were perfectly sized and clean, we loved falling asleep to the ocean and waking up to feed fish from our balcony. The best part of this whole experience however, has to be the staff. Every single staff member greeted us with a smile, were always so friendly and up to help - I got an allergic reaction during my stay, and the on-site nurse - Eduardo kindly spent the entire week ensuring I was taken care of. We are touched by the generosity of the staff at Pearl Farm Beach Resort and would be delighted to come back again in the future with our friends and family. Stunning location: Breathtaking views, pristine beach, crystal-clear water. Relaxing atmosphere: Tranquil environment, comfortable amenities.Cleanliness and maintenance: Well-kept facilities,Yet their costumer service not satisfies my expectation . And the staff not attentive to their responsibilities to their valued costumer.

One of the best Hotel in Davao. My Fiancé and I stayed here for 12 nights and we love it! The Manager were very friendly and accommodating as well as the staffs. We had a very memorable moments in this hotel. Until next time Park Inn Thank you so much!

Very nice hotel, everyone very friendly, we enjoyed it very much. Services were very good, facilities were very good too and we enjoyed all the filippinos breakfasts we had. We recommend that hotel that is in the center of everything and also very quiet for it's location. Thanks to all the staff for their friendliness.

I am on my Vismin leg of trainings and Davao is my last for this week. Had a great, smooth time in Tacloban, Cebu, Bohol and this last seminar in this hotel have been very challenging so far. At the front desk, I requested for lower floor, which I normally do (due personal traumatic experience which I do not need to explain) and after a series of ”please” thank God, Kate of Front Desk stepped in and found us a room at 6th which will be ready only by 5pm. It was turned over around 6pm. In preparation for our Monday seminar, we coordinated with Rose of Banquet to ocular the place as we have a specific layout to follow that will be good for classroom set up, group dynamics and dining. When we arrived at Ruby function room, linen staff Cory was there arranging for our seminar on Monday so we rendered help in lay outing the tables and chairs, projector screen. When we had to coordinate with the technical, we requested an HDMI longer than 1 meter so laptop can rest on the tech table. Sure they have a longer one but with additional charge of P300/day. When I asked for wireless mic to be used since the activity will involve passing around of microphone among the participants, guess what? Yes, an additional P800/mic/day will be charged! So with the 3 days seminar and 1 week stay that we pre booked and paid , these little requests do not come free. I do not want to ruin my Davao stay because I am an avid fan of our former President Duterte and only have the highest respects for his place. I hope to find some pleasant things from this hotel for the remaining days of my stay here to compensate for the ugly start. Time to activate the Vision Mission which is in every room of the hotel and not just left on the brochure. A simple greeting, some genuine smiles mean a lot to every customer. So far the only staff who has a ready smile and genuinely asks how he can be of service is Jaypee, service crew of Cafe Frances. He takes time to talk with the customers and ask how they are doing and recommends the best dish. Food is great and reasonably priced -- large servings and delicious! As for the edifice, needs repairs and refurbs. We had to call in help for the A/C and busted light bulb.

Wow, your hotel SUCKS BIG TIME! I booked a double bed through Agoda and guess what? The property gave me a twin bed and they said they can’t adjust it even if they have available double bed. So ANNOYING AND RIDICULOUS. I’m never staying here and will NEVER REFER this hotel to anyone.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with a beautiful pool area, fitness center, and on-site restaurant serving delicious meals. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I found this place by coincidence and I’m very happy for that. From the moment we were picked up from the airport until we left, the kindness of the staff is what I will remember most. Once we arrived at the island a lady from the reception came to welcome us, a nice detail. For activities the staff is so kind and willing to help in any way. Beautiful snorkeling areas, a nice morning nature walk and if you are lucky you will see hatched turtles. The food at the Asian restaurant next to the pool we both especially like! Very much recommended, and look forward to come back
