很差，房間又臭，又污糟，上網訂購的房間照片同現實不同，完全是兩間酒店，有點欺騙，大門都不能鎖是壞，前台客戶服務態度很差，我們到達是晚上十二時，給的房間很差。總之沒有下次！

As soon as you walk in the man at the front desk tells you that they have a roach problem and that if you don’t like it then don’t stay. They will not issue you a refund if you find any roaches as well. Per his words. Also none of the lights worked lamps table lamps etc except the restroom light. Also the remote to the tv was missing. The beds believe it or not were super comfy lol. And we saw one roach. But yeah stay at your own risk.

Better breakfast options and maybe add a microwave and refrigerator would be nice

There was roaches. The young white lady I'm guessing the manager definitely felt discriminated

The place is terrible, I literally checked in and checked out. The room was terrible.

First, The key card didn't work, then there were roaches in our room, the television didn't work, no coffee maker, iron was missing, and there was only half a roll if toilet paper.

My room was roach infested and I only stay 2 hours I checked out right away and went to a clean hotel there was Hair on the toilet

The worst hotel ever, dirty linen and the smell was unbearable. We went in and out as fast as we could

Our room had lots of cockroaches and toilet and tv did not work. We mentioned to the staff. Was not given choice to get another room.

Walked into room and looked decent at first, then started to notice all the cockroaches. Then the smoke alarm was covered by a plastic bag. Dont stay here. I left and now I have to wait 72 hours for my money back. Was so mad about this that i drove back home 5 hours since I didn't want to tie up more money if it happened a second time. I have pictures of the roaches but forgot to take one of the smoke detector. The lady at the front was great. Just the property is definitely a no. Room 356.

My room was roach infested, room card didn't work when i came back to my room, then they gave me another room on the 3rd floor, the desk clerk was rude has hell.Would like a refund or some can of compensation for the worst experience I've had there.

Hotel was advertised as smoke free but room smelled like cigarettes Also the breakfast consisted of cereal milk and coffe Nothing else would not recomed this hotel For family
