Sonder at Med Center

Very happy with the pricing and the ease of a self-check in/out time. Easy instructions, and very straight forward. 10/10 would very much recommend! I would say that the fact that the kitchen is easily operable makes this whole first time experience an absolute treat for me¹

The apar**ent was very clean and it came with everything you would need for a vacation stay. Dishes, bedding, towels (kitchen & bath), paper towel, extra bath towels and blankets, washing machine & dryer and a detergent pod. The complex itself was clean, parking plentiful, and easy to find. I have recommended it to friends that are going to the Air Force BMT graduation in a couple of weeks. Lackland is about 15-20 minutes away - so convenient. Didn't enjoy walking up 3 flights of stairs, but I knew that before going.

The whole place is very nice, the apar**ent very aestethic and clean. Real close to where had to move. The only bad thing I would say is that it was at the third floor and no elevator available. And sometimes couldnt find parking near our apar**ent.

Good place and location. Just need more TVs. We love San Antonio. Place is very quiet and clean. Great location for access to all the restaurants and sites we wanted to visit. Easy access to the apar**ent complex and apar**ent itself. This was our 4th visit to Sonder.

It was exactly as advertised and as the pics showed..Me and my young daughters stayed there three nights and I can say I will not get a hotel again.Only bad thing I have to say about are experience was the water pressure was terrible..But way I see it if that's nothing and I have no complaints

It was a quiet gated community with a big balcony. I loved the stay here. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 is because the beds were hard. There was also a lamp in the living room that we couldn’t use because it kept flickering. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to questions. I definitely would come back whenever I visit SA again.

Incredible experience. While the exterior at Sonder Med Center is a normal apar**ent complex, the interior is fantastic. The rooms were clean, and had a contemporary, minimalist style. Towels, soaps, and kitchen utensils, and eatery were all provided. Valet trash is provided as well and customer service was prompt with responses and very pleasant. The app they use to communicate is very functional and the staff is very responsive and communicative. I have no complaints. Sonder Med Center was a great experience and it felt like home the time we were there.

Apt was beautiful it was very spacious! The areas was nice, customer service was amazing they would get to you as soon as possible I would recommend it over and over again. Alisha was very patient stayed in the phone till I found my location 🫶🏾 thank you guys

We have rented from Sonder twice in the past, both times were in London and they were absolutely fantastic!!!! Our family booked a three bedroom at the medical center for a dive competition July 14-25, and we were excited to stay at Sonder once again!! Upon our arrival we were horrified absolutely horrified at the smell when we opened the door of stale cigarettes. The apar**ent looked nothing whatsoever like the one we booked, the walls had stains all over them, the doors also did, the rugs and floors were dirty, and the tubs had mildew that was removing all the caulking! We tried to go use the beautiful pools that were in the pictures on the Sonder website but apparently both pools were broken, and nobody in maintenance had any idea when they would be fixed, it’s 100 degrees Fahrenheit here!! I contacted Sonder and told them that we could not stay at the apar**ent, and it’s only been one hour but that it’s absolutely unacceptable! Sonder’s representative’s response was we have no where else to put you, and we can’t fix your issues. I asked for a refund to my card and was immediately hit with no absolutely not!!! So my wife called back and they told her that maybe they would give us a refund/ maybe not and to wait 48 hrs for a response! It’s been 48 hours, no response!! I have reported them to my credit card as fraud and my creditors are hopefully handling it. I’m now staying in a Marriott for the rest of my trip. Sonder customer service sucks!!!!!!
