The hotel does not release the deposit after 17 days

Old hotel but nice and clean. Easy checking in. Staffs are very friendly. Sheets and towels are clean. A/c was working fine. Good for ppl who looks for low budget room.

雖然是家老酒店，但衞生不錯，工作人員也挺好的，第一次住汽車酒店，一出房門就在街上的感覺，挺有意思的入住體驗

Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble, pas de problème particulier. Pas l’hôtel de rêve.

The property was ok but the last contract I reserved, you guys charged me over, I called you guys but I couldn’t get any money back. I was very disappointed but next time I reserve any hotel I’m going to be more carefully.thanks

Definitely needs to upgrade mattresses. The one on our room had a firmer area in the upper back then dipped down where your abdomen is.need a new curtain "stick" as one was broken off. Coffee pot or kettle in the room would be great. Conversations from adjacent rooms could be heard to determine if it was male of female. Staff is friendly, the property is in good care.

The only problem was the upstairs occupant let her kids run back and forth all night long no matter what front desk said to her she was just rude other than friendly staff helpful when needed

Room type was switched at arrival. Beds are worn out. Room key would deactivate easily. Pillows are terrible. No tub plug. They do not meet even low level expectations.

The stay was a last minute emergency and the room served my purpose. There are no towel racks in the bathroom so i couldn't place my towels anywhere. It would have been nice to have coffee in my room or at least in the lobby. The property is old and the pictures make it look like it is in better shape than it actually is. Again, if you need a last minute stay and on a limit budget this would be okay at best. Otherwise it served my purpose.

Our feet were black from walking on the room floor, no coat hangers, no coffee pot, when we asked she brought us one but said there’s no coffee filter or coffee or tea cups .. walls are paper thin both night middle of the week we’re up pas 3am from neighbours loudness, no counter space in bathroom or plug for bath tub, pool is not heated so couldn’t use it. Do not recommend

led me to believe I would be refunded then chargese another night then the electricity turns off at 10pm I had nothing until 8pm she lied n said everything was good

The concierge was very friendly and helpful, she made sure to give me a room in the back of the building so it would be more quiet.

Room was much smaller than expected for 3 double beds. Bathroom had zero counter and shelf space. Not even any room for towels in the bathroom they were left on top of one of the beds. Heating unit was very annoying and loud, came on and off continuously every few minutes. Parking is very tight. It served it's purpose but I would not use them again.
