Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di San Donato Milanese

Da sempre soggiorno con piacere negli UNA Hotels che è davvero un'ottima catena. In alcuni casi, e mi è già capitato in passato, di dormire in strutture non native UNA, che - come nel caso di The One - non sono necessariamente nuove, anzi e lontane da alti standard. Nel complesso è un discreto hotel con personale cortese, ma con camere non particolarmente nuove e moderne. Un tocco di vetusto

Extremely old and low quality building, no aircon and the air corculation is so noisy that it keeps you awake at night. This is by very very far the worst Crown Plaza we experience on the planet. And as response to this negative review you will passive-aggressively told that you are the problem and not the hotel, even though the place already has a comparably very low rating, rightfully so. To hotel: Our other hotel reviews are certainly none of your business, but improving the „hotel“ would be, which you obviously could not care less about. Just sad for the IHG brand, this turns out to be an absolutely mismanaged place and hurts the rest of the brand. Instead of spending time to read customer’s history reviews and trying to blame your own customers WITHOUT any solid reason, how about better to use such time to improve the hotel services, which a professional customer service that Crown Plaza should do. That’s also the job you should do as the hotel pays you for. Thank you!

We stayed here for 3 nights in Sept 2022 while attending the Monza Gran Prix. An average hotel. Definitely wouldn't class it as 4 star though as there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms which was very disappointing. Beds are not really comfortable but did the job. Maids came in daily to make beds and change towels. Breakfast was ok, no full english available but to be expected I suppose. Probably wouldn't stay here again but as it was part of a package deal I didn't have a choice.
