Very nice hostel.  Very clean and proper.  I can safely recommend this place to anyone travelling to San Francisco.

This was a pod hotel at I loved it. Super convenient and cheap and cheerful. Highly recommend.

Very nice hostel. The check in was a bit of an issue despite paying on trip.com they stated I had a balance due because I never made a payment and asked me to due so. I showed them the receipt from trip.com and all was well. They do require you to scan a QR code to send a text on WhatsApp to get all the information for your room. My phone was on 5% upon arrival this isn’t convenient. There are only two toilets on the floor with several rooms. The facilities are very clean. However there was hair left in my blanket I was given. Very cold in the room and if you’re near the street you hear everything. Overall great for an overnight stay but not more than 2 days

Stayed in a first class pod. Comfortable bedding with smooth hotel sheets. Cute little common room/kitchen. Great value for money in expensive San Francisco considering the privacy of the pod, modern fittings etc. Lovely staff.

Solo trip - Enjoyed my 7 night stay here in the first class pod. The bed was comfortable and the pod is soundproof so I didn’t hear my roommate coming in and out of the room which is great. Also the area is quite quiet at night so you won’t be bothered at night while trying to get some rest. When I was there the restrooms and shower area were clean and the staff were a great help. If you need any recommendations for places to go or places to eat they are glad to help. Staff are great and always willing to assist in any way they can. The location was great for me. I didn’t feel scared walking alone at night walking back to the hostel as the area seemed fairly safe. Just need a bit of research on which places to avoid and you’ll be fine. For those with halal requirements, it’s a good walking distance to a few halal establishment. I have had no problems finding halal food in the area and the hostel cafe, Pistachio, offers halal meals as well. I would definitely come back here again if I ever travel to San Francisco again. The golden gate park is my favourite place while I was there 😍 A good place to go for a run! Once again, thank you for the hospitality!

this was my first time staying at youth hostel, and I really enjoyed it! couldnt have been better :)

Had a bed in a room of 4 and had an excellent four night stay. Good location, good, clean facilities and a great price , especially if you are out exploring most of the time.

The beds are comfy, the location is ideal - I wouldn’t expect to be hanging out there, as a traveller you’d be better off finding a bar. Did its job and don’t need to ask much more of it than that!

The location is safe and good for solo travellers! friendly staff and people there are nice
