酒店很新，佈置很新穎。門卡是圓形的木牌。早餐很豐盛。房間就可以看到大橋。酒店服務人員很熱情，最後一天還免費送我們到租車的地方。

如果住套房是還好了，因為有廚房方便－點，有焗爐可以pizza用，也可以煮面食之類！廁所有污跡，就是尿痕，衛生不是太好！地點還可以大概5分鐘有超市！走去商業區大概20分鐘！坐地鐵大概15分鐘也算方便，但是不是天天有人打掃衛生和換毛巾，要叫才有人處理！

The hotel is not far from the heart of the City, at a walking distance. The place is not very sexy but that's OK. The staff is super friendly. Hopefully because this is an hotel which would need to be renovated. There was a resort fee of USD 31 / day, which is super high when there are almost no amenities to justify it (a ”glass” of wine, 10% on the next door restaurant where I've never been). Jackie decided to wave it, which was nice and honest from her part, giving the feeling that she perfectly understood the issue. She also told the bartender to give a real glass of wine (white or red, no choice for the wine) in a wine glass, instead of 10 cl of wine in a water glass (this is supposed to be part of the resort fee). Note that the suite I booked was supposed to have a city view as mentionned on the reservation but the main view was on the wall of the building next door. I think the hotel is a bit expensive for what it is, especially in the actual social/drug crisis in San Francisco. The center of the City is not the best place to be anymore. Thanks again to Jackie, Tinnie, and the staff of the hotel for their kindness.

I love the location, it is so close to Union Square, with restaurants and Bank of America only walking distances away. Macy's and other stores are also very close and Chinatown only 15 minutes walking if you want to look for Chinese food.
I also feel safe while staying here because the neighborhood is secure (of course you also need to stay alert & careful).

HHarry HuynhThis hotel has a great location inside the CBD of San Francisco. The room is a bit small but it still has a modern design compared to the old design of another hotel in the area. Please note that this hotel does not have a complimentary continental breakfast buffet, it only has breakfast for purchase at the restaurant.

FFrench DudeI recently stayed at the Galleria Park Hotel during my business trip to San Francisco and here are my thoughts:
Location:
The location of the hotel is quite good. Although the area is quiet at night, there are many places to visit during the day. The neighborhood is very central, not far from Chinatown, just a 15-minute walk away.
Security:
The security at the hotel is excellent. It is very secure and they do not let just anyone enter.
Credit Card Policy:
A major downside, not directly related to the hotel itself, is the strict credit card policy. Even though I paid everything online, presenting a credit card at check-in is mandatory. Without it, you might end up sleeping outside. Additionally, at check-out, there's an unexpected mandatory state tax charged to your card, which you are not informed about beforehand. This is a compulsory tax for the state of California.
Room:
The room was decent. It had a small fridge, but nothing for brushing your teeth. I don’t know if it’s typical of American hotels, but I find showers without hand showers inconvenient. The bed was comfortable. I have some doubts about the cleanliness of the thick carpet, though it seemed clean. Instead of curtains, there are blinds on the windows, which I found disappointing.
Breakfast:
I was disappointed that there was no breakfast provided. Only coffee is offered in the morning and wine in the afternoon, but honestly, I don't care for the wine. We need food. I had to walk 15 minutes to a Seven Eleven to get something to eat and drink.
Wi-Fi:
The Wi-Fi was quite good and worked very well.
Overall, the Galleria Park Hotel has some good points, but there are several areas where it could improve.

MMaisonGBe sure to view the Hotel Caza website for the extensive list of additional fees associated with the booking (destination fee, parking, etc). The prices are very transparent on the site and aren’t as clear booking through third party.
This hotel has incredible customer service! The front desk ambassadors are warm and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Vanessa and her colleague truly provide world class customer service. She provided 10-15% off coupons for restaurants on the pier. We had a fantastic time for my mother’s birthday in San Francisco and it would not have been the same with another hotel.
The location of Hotel Caza is near Fishermans Wharf. It is walkable to many attractions such as the Coit Tower, Ghirardelli’s, the piers, etc. There are an abundance of great restaurants nearby. We had a delicious brunch next door at “Eight am” cafe. Other attractions are a bit further out and require transportation such as Golden Gate Park, Sausalito, and redwood forests.
This is a very family oriented hotel. There are many games in the lobby for children and adults. Bicycles to peruse the city are provided on a first come first serve basis each morning. The swimming pool is on the smaller side and always has kids in it. The evening cookies are packaged and not freshly baked. The lobby has an overpowering smell of perfume. Overall, we had an amazing time at this hotel and highly recommend it for family vacations!

NNancy XIt's a hotel with some proud history. They've arranged a corridor to introduce their past and the hotel is elegantly decorated. There's some sort of package that I've paid for at trip.com. that I didn't really know about and they've given me 20 dollar allowance to use for the hotel food because of this. The room is clean, and basically you could use the lift by yourself because it requires you to enter your floor number before you get in the specific lift. The hotel is right in front of the union square so you're accesible to many stuff. I've talked to some guests at the breakfast place and some of them have come here many times. I think I would come again some time, if SF city has less homeless and become cleaner, like it used to be.

KKin LongA truly adorable hotel, in terms of hardware. Unfortunately, I suspect that I might have come across, as an East Asian, some sorts of racial discrimination at this property. For instance, I was asked how I got my European passport and, for multiple times, where I was “originally” from. I was intentionally assigned with a low-floor room with absolutely no view (facing their office room across a narrow atrium; the room in my photos is after me paying for an upgrade).

PPengguna TetamuI had a wonderful experience! Highly recommend! This place is a piece of San Francisco history. Beautiful stained glass windows and decorative wood trim. Each room is decorated with unique antique furniture and artwork. No two rooms have the same décor. The staff take pride in their hotel. Everyone was welcoming and genuinely cared that I was enjoying my stay. They have really good free coffee and all the toiletries are available in the bathroom, so you don't need to bring shampoo or soap. I wasn't sure how the shared bathrooms would work, but it ended up being just fine. They have lots of individual shower rooms and bathrooms. I never had to wait, and since each toilet or shower is its own room with a door that locks behind you, no one is walking in on you. Full privacy. Great location too! There is a fancy Italian restaurant downstairs. Trader Joe's is a block away, and Fisherman's Wharf just a few blocks beyond that. Walking distance to Coit Tower and the zig-zag of Lombard Street. This place is great, and I hope to stay here again.
