So this is a space away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's a literal walking distance from the ocean beach. It's in a nice area, parking is included and convenient (no security or gate though, so beware). It's safe-ish to walk at night, there are some quaint restaurants. I've stayed here multiple times and I feel safe for the most part. The building is outdated and the concierge always has their "out to lunch" sign: sometimes they're there, sometimes not. If you're going for that specific area i recommend. If you want to go into the city, it's a bit more of a hassle with the train, but the stops are literally outside the hotel so it's convenient.

Great value! Excellent location across the street from Ocean Beach and 1block from Golden Gate Park. Muni is right out front convenient but can be noisy. Recently renovated, nice bathroom and shutters on the windows. Still has some signs of age but everything is fine. Very efficient and professional front desk. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. it's inexpensive and right at the beach. It's very much a basic motel, but it's exactly what I needed for a quick overnight trip.

The room was fine. The location was great. The noise though from those walking in the hall or in the room above mine was terrible. They really need some sound insulation or at least some carpet. The noise is the main reason why I'll not be back.

We loves the location for its easy access to the beach and restaurant. The service was friendly and the room comfortable. We will return regularly.

#1. No one in the office between the hours of 10pm and 3pm.
#2. No hand soap in the room. Had to purchase hand soap
#3. Room smelled strongly of mold.
#4. Phone, clock, microwave all unplugged
#5. Only 3 pillows on a king sized bed
#6. Close to the beach
#7. Do not walk around at night; unstable individuals milling about.
#8. Walls are very thin; cars, trains, people outside yelling can be heard at all hours - bring your ear plugs.
#9. Vegan cafe on corner.
#10. 2 small stores (7-11 and a mini mart) and a bar 3 blocks away
#11. 2 guests were provided 2 large towels, one hand towel, and one wash cloth.
#12. Ironing board, fridge/freezer, mini coffee maker and hair dryer in room.

Perfect location! With the coffee shop, café, Ocean Beach, and Golden Gate Park in close proximity – this place is an amazing value for a San Francisco getaway.

I was able to check in early with them explaining for a later check in. Needs to refer to the booking with aporoval from the property to check in early due to an event they need to go.

Nicely remodeled rooms, simple and efficient. Parking lot a plus! Run A/C unit on continuous fan to mute streetcar. Works great! Good location.
