The staff is really friendly and accommodating. The owner however, went inside my room without my permission while I was out, to retrieve a chair that I took from the lobby area (with the permission of a staff). Regardless of whether I should or should not take the chair, they should not have go inside my room while there's a DND tag on the door. They could have called my cell phone first to ask for permission. They could also have checked with all their reception staff (which there are 4 in total so no problem with checking) before acting like the hotel's on fire, for a chair that they know inside a room and not really missing.The owner acted like the "owner" of the business and talked to me in a "I'm the owner" way, instead of realizing that I'm a guest, and I should be treated like a guest regardless of his status "the business owner". To sum it up, I might not come back just because I spite the owner and don't want to give my business to him. Shout out to Darcial for a very good customer service.
