We had a great experience at the Sovestro. The rooms were very nice and the hotel staff was so helpful with any questions or requests. We walked to town our first night because it was too late to take the shuttle. It was quite a walk there, but much easier walk back! The breakfast served each morning was extensive and delicious….especially the orange juice….so fresh and good! Great way to start the day! This was a great home base for visiting Tuscany but really requires having a car as it is somewhat remote, which is what makes it so charming. 2 of our 3 days here were rainy so we could not take advantage of the lovely terraces and pools, but would 100% stay here again!

Ho trascorso questo week end con buone prospettive, avevo visto le foto e sembrava che rispecchiasse le ns esigenze. Purtroppo ne sono rimasto un pó deluso. Il campeggio è un pó tanto confusionario dispersivo, ma soprattutto non può rispecchiare le esigenze di una famiglia. Innanzitutto al mio arrivo ho notato con dispiacere una NonVoglia di lavorare, la ragazza alla reception era molto poco disponibile e quasi mi ha fatto sentire a disagio, mi mostra il cartaceo, la mappa mi indica il ns alloggio dopo mi guarda e mi dice arrivederci...🤔, ma non doveva forse farci accompagnare da qualcuno, dando anche così il benvenuto? Poi è molto scomodo, noi avevamo delle casette mobili (tra l'altro con pochi accessori per cucinare, e a pagamento un impianto di aria condizionata poco sufficiente) in fondo al campeggio e per arrivare all'ingresso principale e soprattutto in piscina bisogna fare una super scalinata che chi ha soprattutto dei figli in passeggino è del tutto sconsigliata. Poi per non parlare della piscina, un'invasione di gente, ma soprattutto essendo una piscina comunale e quindi non del campeggio, ci sono anche persone al di fuori del camping, quindi per non parlare anche dei lettini ed ombrelloni, questi a pagamento. Tutte queste cose devono essere descritte assolutamente nel sito, io avevo preposto un weekend del tutto diverso da quello capi

Amazing Staff, Amazing Setting. My wife and I have booked a four night stay and we have been so moved by how helpful the staff all are. We didn’t hire a car (silly us) and Tuscany doesn’t have great Taxi coverage. This wasn’t a problem for the hotel staff. There’s also a fantastic Italian restaurant and Italian bbq place next door for evening meals. Their food and custom and of course the wine, we’re all delicious. Thank you all for making our stay Amazing. We will definitely be back.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel was really gorgeous, the views from breakfast were amazing. We had a quadruple room and it was very well laid out and enough space for all 4 adults comfortably. The breakfast was gorgeous with enough choice for everyone. The pool was idyllic and absolutely spotless. More importantly the staff were amazing. We couldnt get a taxi to a winery and one of the workers said he would take us. The young man at the desk was soo nice and helpful and they had no problem facilitating a late checkout. One of the best hotels for service i have stayed in. We will be back. Thank you for an amazing experience

PPengguna TetamuCamera piccola, completamente diversa rispetto alle foto presenti su Booking. Non c'è cura dei dettagli, in bagno disponibili solo gli asciugamani per il corpo (non faccia e bidet) e ventola rumorosa. Tuttavia abbastanza pulito. Coperte antiche e sporche, in particolare quelle del lettino extra. Letto abbastanza comodo. Finestra senza balcone (anche questo dettaglio in contrasto con quanto scritto su Booking) che dà su un giardino privato, comunque molto rumoroso. Richiesto il pagamento in contanti senza che fosse specificato nel sito di prenotazione (Booking), per noi motivo di eventuale esclusione poiché giriamo solo con la carta. Buona posizione ma allo stesso prezzo si può trovare di meglio. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto scarsa. Non consigliato.
