Excellent location, close to SM Fairview and Ayala Terraces. Room cleanliness needs attention especially the bathroom. TV has no local channels, but Netflix and Youtube are available. Stay details were not communicated during check-in, which is a must such as wifi access and breakfast

All i can say that the over all experience was good , the place was quite , clean and also everything you need was in the area already ,, if your looking for food breakfast , lunch dinner everything was in the area very accessible also help us a lot was the 7/11 ,, cafe , mall , street food also easy to access on the area ,, for concert goers like us too it was so nice that you only ride 1 jeep to puregold bucaue ,, and book Angkas or joyride much cheaper going to arena . 1-Week Stay at Harts Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at Harts Hotel for a week, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The hotel's location was excellent, situated in a bustling area with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, always ensuring I felt welcome during my stay. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. However, there were a few issues that somewhat impacted my experience. Firstly, for the last two days of my stay, there was an issue with the bathroom flush, which caused inconvenience. It was a minor inconvenience that affected the overall comfort of my stay. In addition to the flush issue, there were a couple of other drawbacks. The hotel did not provide tissues in the room, which was unexpected. It would have been convenient to have them readily available. Furthermore, I encountered a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, which was a disappointment as a non-smoker. While it didn't directly affect the room itself, it detracted from the overall experience and the hotel's otherwise pleasant ambiance. Despite these minor drawbacks, Harts Hotel still has its merits. The housekeeping and cleanliness of the room were commendable, and the hotel staff remained attentive and helpful throughout my stay. In conclusion, my one-week stay at Harts Hotel had its ups and downs. While the location, friendly staff, and overall cleanliness were highlights, the issues with the bathroom flush, lack of tissue provision, and odor of cigarette smoke in the hallway were disappointments. I would recommend Harts Hotel with the caveat that guests may encounter these inconveniences during their stay.

Pretty much brand new hotel which represents outstanding budget value in location convenient for Trinoma and SM North malls. Staff are courteous and helpful, also good security from attentive and polite guards. Rooms and showers very compact, neat and clean. Beats the competition from Red Planet and Go Hotels. Also free onsite parking and good WiFi (although went down on one night we stayed there).

Their dedication to providing excellent service was evident in every interaction, leaving a lasting positive impression on us. Moreover, the staff at the pool area reflected the same level of commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction. They were always available to assist with our needs and consistently made us feel comfortable. Whether it was providing extra towels, adjusting the poolside umbrellas, or delivering refreshing beverages, they attended to every request promptly and with a genuine smile.

Aircon in room 402 is bad. There's also no wifi, no signal for tv cable. We didn't felt the comfortability because the humid feeling aicon is defective. We didn't enjoy our stay. Ending for an early checkout.

We booked a Standard Room via trip.com and it was mentioned in our booking that the bed type in the room we selected is assigned randomly. When we checked in, I was informed my front desk that all Standard Rooms actually have Queen size beds so no need to request for it because we’re really getting a big bed. The check in process was smooth with ₱1,000 cash deposit. Yes, cash. They still do not have other payment options for the deposit. No credit card payments yet for the deposit. The hotel has just been opened in March of this year. Hotel is fresh, lobby looks so pretty, smells good, everyone is warm. Our room is so beautiful with new bed, fresh linens and fluffy pillows. It has a personal ref and TCL Android TV. Good water pressure, 2 trash cans. Hot shower is perfectly working. Only 2 bath towels and 1 foot rug. Toiletries provided also in the room. Lots of lighting in the room. Aircon is just a window type and placed near the floor. We love so much our room. Beautiful, fresh, new, for us it is spacious for the amount we paid. Basic but beautiful. We’ll definitely stay again when we will have another event to attend to within the hotel’s location. Parking in front of the hotel. There’s 711 and Figaro and coffeeteria on the ground floor of hotel. We love Monaco Hotel so much!

This was my favorite hotel in the philippines. Until the last trip where we were blamed for smoking in the room. Which the staff clearly tells you you can do on the balcony. Upon check out, they seen a cigarette butt. In the trash can and then charged me.An additional ten thousand pesos. Asking for the policy on smoking, it states nowhere that the room cannot have cigarette butts and things of that nature within the waistcans. After questioning the staff regarding the fine the Staff constantly told me you could smoke on the balcony.But not in the room. But then continue to find me for smoking in the room, even though the smoke detector did not deploy. I think in front of them about the problem.And they left me sitting in the lobby for over an hour and a half for a manager to contact me. The rooms also lack certain items that they claim. They have some have washers machines some don't. Beware of the bath and the shower they're super. Tall and super dangerous to climb in and out of i'm not sure who designed that, but they need to go back and look at the architecture. For some reason, the first time i've ever seen in my forty years of life, someone decided to put the bathroom lock on the bottom of the door i'm not sure what they decided to accomplish with this, but even when I tried to lock the door it was unlockable. The views are beautiful, however, and the pool downstairs is pretty nice. The spa though sucks, however, because you have to take 2 elevator rides to actually get to where you're going right running around the hotel in a bath robe... The room denies and the layout's good spokennoise but with the recent issues with a ten thousand peso fine For no fault Of our own and the staff leaving me hanging while running away and not confronting the issue.I will not be staying at oakwood again.
