Terrible customer service and a dishonest hotel! The only hotel in Argentina that makes you pay the exact amount in dollars indicated on ***********, that asks you to check in 15 minutes from your accommodation and that asks you to go and get the change from another establishment because they don't know how to reimburse you. Soon, they will ask you to clean your room. It's simply scandalous to have paid more for a night than the Llao Llao resort! Never go to this establishment...

EXCELENTE UBICACIÖN !!! Fuimos 6 amigas. Nos hospedamos en la presidencial. Sofía de la recepción excelente predisposición. GRACIAS camas cómodas, dos baños completos. Cocina cómoda y vista abierta.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but we stayed at the Don Fermin house, owned by them. We had a party of 7 and the house comfortably slept 10. It’s a two story house with nice views, horses in the yard, rabbits, birds. It’s about 15 minutes from town but is a quiet, beautiful location. The house has a full kitchen and you have access to 2 swimming pools that were both heated. One night the town had a major water pipe problem and we were without water. They brought us large water bottles and buckets. Also, they will exchange your US currency for Argentina at the hotel’s front desk (which is located in town). This house was ideal for our group of 7.

The apartment was good but the service very very poor. Every day we have to ask for coffee or jam or something because we were 8 and always something was missing. We have problems with the parking and with the towels. I will not recommend this place

Es mi primera vez en estas cabañas y me encantaron!!!! Desde su comodidad, buen gusto, limpieza, servicio y buen precio. La atención de lo chicos, recepción y limpieza de 10, en mi caso con Coni q le preguntaba todas mis dudas una genia con paciencia. El desayuno muy completo. La cama muy cómoda , el agua y calefacción de 10. Ya q la noche refresca. Ese decía la orilla del arroyito lo voy a extrañar!!!!! Es super recomendable y volveremos seguro las ame💛

Me encanto el lugar!!! Volveremos.. La presidencial vale la pena.. muy bien equipada.. super amable el personal. Un poco incomodo el estAcionamiento El desayuno fue muy rico y abundante. Fuimos con amigos y alquilamos 3 suites Muy buenas todas.

Ambientes chicos y pocos luminosos, con vistas internas precarias. . Buen desayuno y buena atención. . Cocheras pequeñas y complejas para entrar y salir Un poco alejado del centro comercial para ir caminando. Las luces y los ruidos desde temprano, dificultan el descanso.

La estadía, la ubicación, el servicio es súper completo un verdadero lujo, y lo mejor es la atención de los chicos de la recepción, cada vez que venimos a San Martín nos vamos a la segura con Rotui… gracias

Nos alojamos con 8 amigos en una de las cabañas anexas a La Fontaine Hotel y Apart. Llegamos a San Martín por la mañana y conseguimos alojamiento para ese mismo día, el check-in fue sencillo y la atención impecable por ambas recepcionistas. La cabaña tiene PB + 2 pisos en las que dormimos todos súper cómodos. La cocina es completísima, cuenta con patio privado y parrilla. Un living y comedor separados, un toilette en PB y un baño completo en el 1er piso. Ropa blanca, colchones y limpieza de todo impecable por un valor muy acomodado. Por la mañana nos ordenaron las camas y repusieron papel higiénico. Los gatitos que se pasean por el complejo son un plus jaja. Deseando volver :)
