the team was amazin great amazing and manual was th best entertainment throughout our 7 days it was as amazing highly recommend to the public. great pool with activities and great after night parties for kids and young adults around great staff big shout out to manuel the entertainer tho made our holiday

Fantastic resort with happy staff! Special shout out to Manuel for making the entertainment so fun! Food is your usual all inclusive but always enough selection for fussy eaters too! So clean & tidy throughout. Bedrooms are spacious and clean too. Overall a fantastic holiday! Nice quiet location with a few lovely restaurants close by. Would definitely recommend😊

We have just returned from a week all inclusive stay, and I must say the hotel and staff exceeded our expectations in all departments. I always read Tripadvisor reviews before booking any hotels, and although there were some negative reviews, the majority were positive, and I couldn't agree more. The hotel is very clean, the reception staff were very welcoming, even in the middle of the night when we arrived. We only ate in the main buffet restaurant during our stay, but the food was great, and the staff were always smiling, even when under pressure at busy times. A special shout out the bar staff, both at the pool bar and the main entertainment bar in the evenings, who always greeted us with a smile and very quick and efficient service. Check out was a breeze too, and any other queries that we had during our stay were always handled politely and professionally by the staff on reception. All in all, a fantastic hotel, so thank you to each and everyone that helped make it a great holiday.

We stayed for a week on 1st floor in adjacent rooms ( 4 of us). Afternoon reception staff are simply amazing and so kind. No too sure why but the morning staff were not so welcoming proactive with our questions/ requests! Food option is great although they need to sort out a queing system as queues block access to one single item buffet and you are made to queue for no reason...British style! Rooms are splendid but spring mattresses can hurt your back! The wifi was shocking, we had to work and brought our laptop and ended up using roaming on our phones! Not great! The pools are clean, secure and great but why do they allow the same guests to leave their towels as early as 7.15am and block sunbeds only to use them again at 11am or even later. So shelfish. Shame they still let people get away with this stupid practice. You use your sunbed or you lose it! What makes the hotel special is the kindness of staff, quality of food and drinks and how clean it it. Gracias a todo el personal del hotel!

The hotel was lovely the room was fantastic the only let down was the wait to get into our room after travel and the food was not fantastic but I’m a fussy eater. The hotel was very clean and room was the best room I’ve stayed in. Staff were all friendly and happy to help. Very good experience will be going back

third time in this fabulous hotel. Entertainment team is Quality, During the day always something going on. Manuel, Steffano and Giulia top top people great at their job. The evening entertainment has so much variety and is really good fun.

We had a fantastic holiday. TUI and the Alua Atlantic Golf Resort deserve a lot of credit. Everything was brilliantly organised from start to finish. Check in was speedy, all inclusive restaurants had a large variety of tasty foods. The daytime activities were fun and plentiful and I didn’t feel undue pressure to get involved. The evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss and there is a very small arcade for children The pools were great, clean and staffed by lifeguards all the time. My only gripe is that my daughter wanted to use the main pool as the quieter one with the sea view which I’d have preferred had lots of missing tiles on the pool floor. The hotel is only 10-15 minutes from the airport which makes the last leg of the inbound trip speedy. I was concerned it may be too noisy but if you have a room facing toward the see it is nota problem. The. Resort is more secluded than say playa de las americas which I liked but there are free daily shuttle buses to playa and Los Cristianos and if you want more control over coming and going a taxi (which arrives within 2 minutes of ordering at reception) costs about 30 Euros each way. Don’t use the hotel shop. It is small and pricey and there is a supermarket (as well as an Irish pub and some restaurants - though I can’t vouch for the restaurants as I didn’t use them) less than 5 minutes away. There is asks coastal path (a little hilly) where you can take a roughly 40 minute walk into San Blas. Sea view all the way. We visited Loro Parque (best zoo I’ve ever been too) which is about 80 minutes on a coach and also did a whale and dolphin spotting boat trip out of Adele which is about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. All in all my experience of the hotel was fantastic and I would not hesitate to book it again.

Lovely hotel, very clean . Lots of activities. Food and drinks varied and plentiful. Staff helpful and friendly.
