Caye Casa

Beautiful property on the beach. The owner Jake and his staff were exceptional. I highly recommend Caye Casa to anyone traveling to Belize. 5 stars in an understatement!!! Definitely be back ASAP.

Fantastic location. View from oceanfront room was enjoyed everyday with my coffee. Bed was comfortable. Tv had Netflix and other options. Louis took really great care of me and was honestly the difference maker. If he ever opens his own hotel, I will stay there.

First, I have to say Jake and Marta were very helpful. I made my reservations and later contacted Jake regarding early check-in and transportation; he was very responsive. Jake arranged for a taxi to meet us at the airport and offered a 7 or 10 a.m. early check-in. Now, I’ve traveled the world, and this was a first and I was grateful since we had an 8:45 scheduled snorkeling trip. The room was amazing and very comfortable, coffee, tea, water, and the free beer were a plus. Marta was a Jem as well. She assisted us with taxis, directions, and restaurant suggestions. Overall, a great location, but the amazing thing was; as we had our morning coffee we watched the morning sun rise. It was the perfect ending to a great time in San Pedro and a relaxing stay at Caye Casa.

We really enjoyed our week long stay at Caye Casa. Location is excellent and much more relaxing than the hustle and bustle of San Pedro center, yet still only a 12-15 minute walk to town center via the beach. We like that there is no restaurant on the actual property. Other hotels’ restaurants tended to be loud with people, music, and events. There are however several good restaurants/bars within a 1-3 minute walk of Caye Casa. Check out Ara Bella (on the main road just 100 yards from Caye Casa). Plenty of good eats on the side streets including breakfast at D’ Family. The pool is cool, clean, and shaded during the afternoon which is nice for cooling down. The staff at Caye Casa is AMAZING! If you need something from fresh towels to laundry to renting a golf cart, all you have to do is ask. We totally recommend having them set up rentals, massages, adventures, etc. Note: We had the staff set up our golf cart rental and had no issues with the cart or the vendor. Side note: Chuck & Robbie’s Dive Center is 5 minutes away by foot on the beach. Had great dives with them. No prices on their website but they are comparable to others. Beaches: Each property has there own slice of beach but you can walk the entire beach front from Caye Casa to town center. We opted to fly from Belize City to San Pedro (and back) on Tropic Air, who is awesome and very easy to work with. Thanks again to the staff! Have an excellent trip to San Pedro.

Caye casa was exactky what we needed. Everything was close by. Restaurants were walking distance. Some of the best foods. Jake was really nice and helpful. He gave suggestions on tours and golf carts. He help provide transportation to the hotel. The pool was nice. We watch the local kids play soccer after school. Not loud at all. Love it there. Playing on staying here when i return
