我訂的是經典房，不是在主樓，
但網站沒有交代這情況， 而主樓的其他客房是比較漂亮，感覺也比較高級，是飯店的感覺
而經典房型像民宿一樣，不像酒店的感覺，距離主樓幾步，經典房型那座有兩間房 ，有公用客廳，要跟另外一間房的客人 共用客廳部分，雖然客廳基本上是不會用的…但完全不是五星四星飯店的感覺，雖然酒店職員有禮，服務也很好，但對這邊的這間房就是感覺不太滿意，不附合期望，因為就是好像住B&B 一樣 ，
房間是潔淨的，
早餐要步行到酒店主樓 對面的 地方，不是在主樓內，但很近…
其中照片 門後要上樓梯幾級進入房間，門外就是那公用客廳
鎖門是要把鎖匙拔出放門匙位置（電會全關掉），才可以把門鎖上，鎖上後，再把門匙放回原位便可…

Hotel was amazing & Lorenzo, our concierge, made it easy to book all our tours and coordinate all our transfers. Location was perfect, breakfast and dinner at their restaurant was delicious and service was great. The only complaint (if you can call it that) is the pillows…extra, extra firm. Like a brick, lol.

We are from Ireland and recently had a family celebration at San QuiricoD’Orcia a pretty medieval village south of Siena in the Tuscan Hills. We stayed in the rooms which were in Via Dante Alighieri 62 which are part of the Hotel Group and they were comfortable and airy. We availed of the breakfast facilities which were excellent and also had an excellent meal at the Garden restaurant. Lorenzo the Concierge of the hotel was very helpful and generous with his time. We discovered a puncture in our hired car as we were heading to Montalcino for wine tasting and Lorenzo offered to drive us there and back as no taxis were available. He also organised a taxi the following morning to transfer us to the local railway station. We will definitely return here again. Grazie Lorenzo and family.

Just returned from a very special trip with my daughter to Tuscany and Rome. We were very fortunate to have found availability at Palazzo del Capitano in the charming town of San Quirico d'Orcia for our time in the area. Lorenzo was incredibly helpful in planning our stay and offering advice for our experiences. Although the outdoor garden areas were covered for the season, they were still so beautiful to walk through... in the morning fog and in the lights of the evening! ..And the restaurant was so lovely with beautiful breakfasts and truly wonderful dinners. We just loved everything about our stay. Hope to return with my husband on another occasion and make more memories there. Thank you Lorenzo and the entire staff!

The hotel is composed of several buildings in the historical center, which means you can't simply take the lift and walk to the breakfast room. First, there's no lift. Then, you have to walk to the restaurant building to get the breakfast. Depending on the weather or your mood it can be funny or annoying. In theory, cars are not allowed in the historic center, but in fact we had no problem to unload our luggage. Good rooms, but not great. Abundant breakfast, although rather monotonous.

We spent an amazing week at the beautifully restored villa in San Quirico d'Orcia. Breakfast in the Ristorante Trattoria Toscana Al Vecchio Forno each morning was delicious and the surrounding countryside was breathtaking. We cycled to and lunched in local towns and dined nightly on excellent meals (twice at the trattoria) all within walking distance of the villa. The warm and welcoming staff in this widespread hotel made our stay all the more enjoyable and we can’t wait to return to this exceptional slice of Italy.

We arrived tired and late on a Saturday with most rooms in Tuscany sold out. We were welcomed in such wonderful style. The car was parked and we enjoyed a lovely drink while the room was prepared for us. We did have the presidential suite but I am sure all the rest were beautiful and we booked another night because we loved the place so much. Thank you to all the team and we will be back!

We stayed in a room on the top floor, which had a terrace with a great view of the town and the Val d'Orcia countryside. 🏡The evening and the morning were magical!💫 The room is comfortable and furnished in an old style, very cozy. Both the bedroom and the bathroom are very spacious. They try to work according to sustainable principles, which we very much welcome. 🌱 There is free parking just 3 minutes away. 🚗 The staff was very friendly at reception, and also at breakfast which was excellent. Served in a tavern in the town, in a beautiful setting among the streets. Both 🥐sweet (homemade jams, honey, chocolate spread, pastries) and 🧀 savory breakfasts (local salami, cheese, eggs) are available, and excellent coffee☕ - even with soya milk. The owners are also always available via WhatsApp. You can feel that the place breathes the idea of a dispersed hotel. 🏙️ We were charmed by the location of the accommodation. It's an authentic, peaceful place where you can feel the authentic atmosphere both in the streets and in the square. We would love to come back! 💕
