Sanremo Inn

We were in the "Urban" room. Overall the stay was OK, but organizing the check-in was a bit hectic. I was asked to schedule a time, which was fine, and suggested 3pm, which then was unilaterally changed by the guesthouse to 2:30pm "max", which meant I needed to change my train schedule to Sanremo last minute to arrive earlier. The room was in mostly clean and in good shape, but the sink filled up easily and drained slowly and the shower stall doors do not properly function. The rollers have almost entirely detached from the runners, so you have to lift the door into place. With a few small repairs, my score would be much better.

The hotel was central & everywhere was easily accessible. It was clean, staff were friendly & the room was kept topped up with snacks. However, I was surprised to be contacted the day before to be told I had to pay in cash even though room was secured on credit card!! I then had to make appointment to check-in as there isn’t a receptionist there all the time. This was quite stressful as the trains were on strike so we kept having to re-arrange our arrival time to schedule our 15minute slot to check-in. Finally, the breakfast is at a cafe down the street & you’re only entitle to one croissant, coffee & a bottle of water!

This place is a scam. We stayed at 30 different hotels/B&Bs in Italy in 35 days and this is the ONLY one with a completely unreasonable check-in policy. The person we dealt with "Cettina" is the most unaccommodating, unreasonable person I have dealt with in many years. First, she will talk only by text, not voice - she hangs up the phone if you call. The day before check in the conversation went something like this (all by text): Her: please tell me the exact time you will be here to check in otherwise we will not let you into the property. Me: I cannot do that - I am traveling and I may want to stop or get a flat tire, etc. I will be there between 3 and 6pm and it's OK if it takes you 30 minutes to let me in. Her: unacceptable - I will not let you in unless you tell me the exact time. Me: I cannot predict my exact arrival time - I am on vacation, not on a train schedule. Her: tough luck. I will not accommodate you. Me: I'd like to cancel the reservation. Her: tough luck. I asked ******* for a cancellation (more than 24 hours in advance). ******* called and talked with her in Italian. She refused a refund. Clearly this is a side-hustle for Cettina - she must have some other scams she also runs since this hotel is not a priority for her. I cannot recommend you book or stay at a hotel with such unreasonable staff. I would assume that things such as washing the sheets, and towels are met with similar behavior. Do not be fooled by the fake good reviews.

We drove to Sanremo with reservations for 2 night at this place, We booked 2 NIGHTS and because mayor problems we couldn't arrive the 1sr night. we advised her and she seemed ok with that. the room was already paid anyway!!!!!. On our way there, we texted them on wassap and ( SHE ) a nasty woman, said it was OK to arrive as long as we make it before 12:3 even though in previous texts she SHE mention check in time was from 12 to 3 pm/ At any rate, we got there at 12:08 and she wouldn't even open the doors. She said she sold out room the night before, We texted on our way there and she mentioned she was expecting us... In other words she double booked our room and sold it to others , keeping our money for the 2 nights already paid.. She is a thief!!!!! Avoid dealing with this thief !!! Don't be conned by this Con Artist, she is a thief

Sehr sauberes Zimmer, modern eingerichtet. Toll ausgestattet mit mehreren Handtüchern, Snack und Wasser im Kühlschrank. Klimaanlage und Fernseher vorhanden. Parkplatz muss man auf öffentliche Möglichkeiten ausweichen, hier auf die Parkverbotszonen und die Märkte achten. Zimmer Color etwas laut, da nahe am Eingang und die Straße / Fußgängerzone hört man nachts deutlich, hier wären vielleicht ein paar Akustikpaneele für die Wand und ein anderes Schloss für den oberen Haupteingang eine Lösung. Check in Uhrzeit vereinbart, pünktliche Übergabe. Prozess ungewöhnlich aber überhaupt kein Problem, es hat alles so funktioniert wie erwartet. Das Frühstück im Cafe ein paar Meter weiter war einfach aber sehr lecker und unkompliziert. Die Dame war sehr freundlich, spricht fließend italienisch, englisch und deutsch. Wenn man selbst freundlich ist, bekommt man im Normalfall auch Freundlichkeit zurück. Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, das Hotel ist definitiv sehr empfehlenswert. Buchung haben wir über ein Portal mit Bezahlung online gemacht, somit gab es auch keine Probleme mit Barzahlung.

B&B in pieno centro. Le camere si trovano tra il teatro Ariston e il casinò . Sono subito rimasta colpita dalla particolarità della stanza a tema Urban, moderna arredata con gusto, spaziosa e completa di ogni confort :mini bar con acqua , bollitore con il the ,cialde per il caffè e alcuni snack compresi nel prezzo. Non c’è la reception e quindi bisogna comunicare il giorno prima l’orario di arrivo. La signora molto carina e disponibile.

Estuvimos con mis padres mi marido y yo, un hotel de lujo, la entrada deja mucho que desear pero cuando llegas a la recepción y al hotel, te cambia la perspectiva, habitaciones súper limpias, cómodas y preciosas y el hotel súper céntrico. Vamos que si vuelvo a ir a San Remo repito seguro porque la de recepción amable, cariñosa y te hace sentir como en casa.

Personale gentile e posizione ottima.

Très belle chambre et les petits plus pour l'arrivée très bien situé en plein centre ville.
