Kami kesal kerana kami tidak memberikan pengalaman yang layak mendapat penarafan yang lebih baik dan ingin memohon maaf yang tulus kerana gagal memenuhi jangkaan anda. Untuk makluman tuan/puan, kunci deposit keselamatan yang boleh dikembalikan wajib bagi setiap bilik ialah RM 100. Masa daftar keluar ialah 12 tengah hari dan pegawai kaunter penerimaan tetamu kami telah menelefon untuk mengingatkan Tuan bahawa daftar keluar lewat akan dikenakan bayaran RM 25 sejam. Amat menghargai maklum balas mengenai tempat letak kereta dan sarapan pagi. Sungguh menggembirakan tempat letak kereta percuma kami di lokasi untuk tetamu bilik dalaman telah meningkatkan keselesaan anda.
