Premier Inn Isle of Wight, Sandown (Seafront)

Absolutely amazing stay, nothing was too much for the amazing staff at sandown, the location was perfect, close to the town centre with buses and train station. Food was amazing. The rooms were spotless. Thankyou we will be staying again.

We booked a three night stay here with the meal deal so we ate in the Cookhouse and Pub restaurant every breakfast and in the evening for dinner. We had a sea view room which was spotless. All staff at both the hotel and restaurant were very friendly and helpful, couldn’t fault anything. Whilst the hotel doesn’t have on site parking we bought a tourist permit through pay by phone which allowed us to park at no additional cost in all IOW Council car parks. In Sandown we parked in the St John’s Road car park approx 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel looked after our luggage whilst we parked and returned to check in. The restaurant was busy, we needed to book but the a**osphere was good. Service and meals also great value.

Location was excellent. Hotel very clean and friendly, lovely restaurant. Close to amenities. Close to public transport.

Hotel sea front. All was OK even though we needed to ask for 2 towels only one in room. Rooms not cleaned while you stay but you had to ask for this service. Tea and coffee in room to replace you need to remember to pick it up from Reception. The bar closed at 9 pm. Staff were great.

Amazing location with stunning sea views. Friendly staff. Great location for getting around island by car or public transport links.

One night booked £105 terrible room at back facing brick wall and bins of restaurant and staff sat on the wall staring in at us. Sink in bathroom would not drain unusable. When i complained on check out was told we should have mentioned it before though don't think at midnight when we returned to room and discovered anyone would have fixed it. Vending machine out of order so had to ask at bar restaurant for water and was charged £2.45 for a CAN of water . Terrible value for money .would never recommend or return.

Lovely clean hotel on Sandown Seafront. A very good choice of food for breakfast and evening meal. Can recommend the fish pie (I enjoyed it so much I had it two nights running!) The only downside is that it has no car park

One of Premier Inn's finest hotel and restaurant. My husband were staying here for the Isle Of Wight Speed Trials. We were both racing in the event and needed a good hotel to ensure we had a good nights sleep and did not have to go far for food. Excellent deals on meals and breakfast and Very good value for money. They also coped with a large group of other drivers from from Brighton and Hove Motorsport club and other clubs attending the event and despite being extremely busy they coped very well. A must to visit and eat there. Well done at all who work there.

The hotel is lovely but Premier Inn customer service is awful I had to cancel some rooms which I did on the 1st Feb and as of today I am still waiting for 2 refunds! You wait ages for someone to answer the phone and then you have to wait again to go through to Guest Relations.
