Ulasan Sandtorgholmen Hotel, BW Signature Collection

The space is very cozy, especially with rooms that overlook the mountains outside. The shower has powerful water pressure and maintains the perfect temperature. The breakfast is delicious and the environment is also cozy.

Very very beautiful

We stayed here for one night on our way back to Tromso from Lofoten. The hotel is a bit old, but it was very clean, with plenty of sockets in the room and breakfast included. However, we stayed on the second floor and had to carry our own suitcases, which was a bit inconvenient.

There is a beautiful large lake with no light interference, which is convenient for watching the aurora.

Very rubbish hotel. When we arrived, there was no staff at the hotel. The keys were placed in a basket. We took the keys to open the door but found that the door was locked from the inside with an iron chain!!! So there was no way to check in. We couldn't contact the merchant by phone. Ctrip coordinated with them but they still refused to refund. I will report it to the Norwegian Tourism Board! This behavior is too bad. It's just a scam. Don't choose this hotel! But Ctrip is still very good. They paid the full room fee for me.

The room was given to us on the first floor for convenience of carrying our luggage. The nearby sea view is very beautiful but very clear. The room is also very big, but the hot water is not hot enough and the bath water is lukewarm and cool. So you have to take a bath early, otherwise you have to wash it the next morning. Maybe there are too many residents and everyone shares the hot water, so The hot water is not hot enough. Breakfast is very basic and you can eat a little before heading to the airport. The neighborhood is actually quite nice and leisurely.

The hotel is a bit old, the hardware facilities in the room are not very good, and the hygiene is not good, but the scenery is beautiful and very romantic
