Property composed of main house and outbuilding 3.5 km from the centre of Werfenweng, on the outskirts, 12 km from the centre of Bischofshofen, 40 km from the centre of Salzburg, in a quiet, sunny position, 10 m from the edge of the forest, 5 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: property, lawn for sunbathing, pond. Table tennis, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: reception, WiFi, storage room for skis, washing machine (extra) (for shared use), ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop 3.5 km.
