Our stay at the hotel was filled with breathtaking views at every turn. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome—special thanks to Arianna and Angela, who were both incredibly helpful and hospitable. We stayed in Suite 362, a beautifully spacious room that exceeded our expectations in comfort and luxury. The hotel's shuttle service to the center of Sorrento was a fantastic perk, making our excursions easy and super convenient. However, the one downside of our stay was the WIFI, which was down for two out of the three days. Unfortunately, this caused us some difficulty as we had an urgent matter that required sending files via email, forcing us to rely on our cellular international plan. Given the nightly rate for a suite, reliable internet service should be a basic amenity, especially in today's world. Overall, the experience was wonderful, but the lack of WIFI was a notable inconvenience.

Well disappointed in the facilities and especially the food After a hard time at work this was supposed to be a holiday to chill The hotel wasn’t as advertised it was considered a four star hotel no where near in our eyes The room was basic but comfortable the balcony was the highlight Now to the food Buffet style in morning the restaurant opened at 7am and the fruit salad was never ready sometimes not till after 8 and when restaurant was busy the buffer wasn’t restocked so if you came down later you had limited choice As we were half board dinner was 3 courses again food basic felt like we were in a school canteen as soon as out starter was finished next course was delivered within a few minutes The standard was poor one night seemed we has been served tinned carrots and not great tinned carrots at that Maitre d wasn’t friendly at all felt we were being ordered to our table Speaking to other guests the general consensus was food was poor We can say the full sized pizza which was served as a started was lovely to extent we wanted it one night for out main to be told they didn’t do pizza on that night but the pizza menu was still outside the dining room Lunch when we ate at hotel was ok so can’t fathom why dinner was so poor Now to positives the staff n the while were lovely and hard working The cleaning staff were there early and worked till late We would never return
