The experience is find, therefore I’m here to wrote this comment. If that wasn’t I will never be writing this again and again. I’m just looking forward to have an other wonderful stay. But, there is no AC no AC no AC.

Being a frequent visitor to ibiza staying at palladium, Santos, Hard Rock and Ushuaia in playa den Bossa as well as hotels in Santa Eulalia this was the first time in San Antonio region I have to say if it wasn’t for the hotel I would have been very disappointed didn’t like San Antonio. After reading some reviews on the hotel I was a little worried about some less positive reviews but not sure these people stayed at the same hotel! We had full sea view room 1321 which was amazing, room very clean a bit small only thing was there were no draws or shelves for clothes. Loved the water machine on each floor filled my bottle several times a day. Pool areas great never had an issue getting a bed but we are 9am people. I have to say the food is exceptional in the restaurants and buffer did have to queue for an outside table but that was our choice to wait as inside always available. Staff super friendly especially at the Lo bar where we had lunch just a note could do with a little more chicken in the Caesar salad. Drinks were good quality and large measures. Roof top bar on an evening before and after dinner was great fabulous views and sunsets There are no bars in the vicinity just a supermarket its a 20 min stroll to San Antonio very busy! Taxi back 12 euros. Could do with more evening entertainment in the main bar there is a DJ on the roof top bar but nothing in the main bar.The hotel is a must to download as it gives you u need to know on times and bookings as well what’s outside of the AI we had a fabulous time thanks TRS team

She heard we speaking french so was trying to speak with us , the team at the restaurant is super friendly , service is PERFECT Food was incredible !!!! Thank you Christine and Mercedes for the cleaning of the room you did an amazing job and you are both super nice!! Many thanks to the reception team We had an amazing time and coming back end September looking forward to be back and see the team ❤️Liliane

We came on our honeymoon and we wasn’t disappointed. We stopped in the Panoramic Sea View Suite, the views were amazing!! We couldn’t fault anything within the hotel, the staff, the food, how clean the hotel was!! The beach was only a 5 min walk. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

I read a LOT of reviews before staying here as I was really worried about the hotels proximity to San Antonio, having been to Ibiza many times this is an area I always avoid. I was also quite cautious as there’s comments about slow service / cleanliness however I found none of this to be an issue. We booked the trip as a couple wanting a relaxed week with a night or two at pikes - the hotel was perfect. The location is beautiful, incredible view of the sunset and lovely walks around the bay outside the hotel. We walked down to Cala Grasioneta one of the days for lunch which was lovely, the sea here is so clear! Our room was a deluxe sea view and it was beautiful, our friends stayed at OKU next door and said our room was much nicer for the price. The view from our room was amazing, watching dolphins on the balcony with a fanta lemon was a dream. We ate at all of the restaurants and opted for the pool bar for lunch which was great, more of a sit down meal which we prefer. Drinks were really good, excellent selection - the only comment I’d make is some of the cocktails taste a bit artificial but I think that’s to be expected with all inclusive. My only one negative is that some books and a dress were taken from our sun beds on the first day and we spent all week trying to get them back without success so I’d just recommend not leaving anything on your sun bed as we missed out on a week of reading our books which was frustrating. The reception team weren’t particularly helpful with this issue at all but apart from that a great stay. Will definitely return

This is a fantastic property. Well staffed and the food is above the standard of an all inclusive. The helios and gaucho restaurants are top notch too. The hotel is well staffed and very helpful Xicu and the management team of Alejandra and Maria looked after us after BA cancelled our flight home and we had to stay 2 extra days at short notice.

Had the best stay ever the hotel was amazing ,food was great all inclusive was great value for money the hotel was spotless close to San Antonio,

This hotel has so much potential as the facilities are excellent but it is let down by poor customer service and basic hospitality, lets begin:- Check In - Basically told we had to pay tourist tax and given our room number and off we went. No discussions about the all inclusive offering, meal times, drink options, pool opening times. The reception wasn't even busy and felt like they couldn't wait to get rid of us. Rooms - nicely furnished and good amenities but WOW, are they noisy. Felt like the walls and ceilings were made of paper. As the hotel is quite mixed in terms of couples, groups etc there appears to be parties going on in rooms until the early hours. If you're booking this hotel expecting to get some sleep, AVOID. We asked to switch rooms and were shown and accessible room with all bathroom amenities stripped back which we declined. Customer service - My partner is pregnant, we asked on multiple occasions for additional pillows as she was uncomfortable - to no avail. I'd asked for an iron multiple times, in the end I went to the butler service to ask - I was told no problem but you need to carry the ironing board an iron up yourself if you want it now. Rooms are turned over once a day, often starting at the crack of dawn or last thing in the afternoon/evening. So if you're in your room asleep or getting ready for the evening, your room won't be touched. Is it not more sensible to schedule these 10am - 5pm? Restaurants - the food in all of the restaurants is great, particularly the a la carte, but if you're expecting to eat more than twice (in a week) in these restaurants you're sadly mistaken. The butler service seem to tell you that every day you ask for is fully booked somehow or they're holding places for people who haven't ate in the restaurant yet. I half understand that, but to be told you have to eat in the buffet restaurant 5 out of 7 nights is ridiculous, and not what you envisage you pay for. Especially as the 2 nights we were 'lucky' enough to eat in them there was plenty of seats available. Pools - Great, but it is clear they want you to upgrade to the Signature package they offer as there are areas, beds and pools cordoned off for them. This just means any other 'normal' beds round the two pools are hard to come by, even when getting to the pool early as people reserve hours in advance seemingly. Drinks - I have to say, the offering is very good, anything you could think of and that is why I have increased the rating, solely for this reason. The down side is people take to much advantage of this and on multiple occasions seen sick in hallways and down couches in communal areas. Overall we didn't have a particularly enjoyable staff and have stayed in far better hotels in Ibiza - Amare Beach Hotel for starters.

Great views, great entertainment, good food, the only thing that let's it down is staff some are fantastic and some don't do what they say, one day our room was not cleaned and another room service never arrived, I complained and the manager was very helpful all situations were compensated/resolved. I would definitely come back a third time as it has a nice relaxing feel with some fun along the way.

Service around the pool was terrible, staff were rude. Some reception staff had a bad attitude and were extremely rude and dismissive when our party raised various issues (I.e. Hot tub was left filthy for 2 full days and no towels were available for the room so couldn’t shower - asked multiple times to get issues resolved over the 2 days, we were only there for 3 days)

Lovely stay at TRA and would stay there again however a few improvements need to be made! The maid service was not great and rooms weren’t cleaned as we would have liked each day and they forgot to replace our towels twice which was annoying as had to get them from reception. Another thing that would be great was if they had more staff in the lobby bar in the evening as sometimes we was waiting up to half an hour. Overall though stay was nice and I would stay again

I have just returned from a week at this wonderful hotel. Some details are below: - check in was brilliant. A really friendly welcome and helpful introduction to the hotel. I would say make sure you are signature level. I don’t know what the cost difference was but we found it excellent. My room was ready which was excellent as it was only 12.30pm and someone brought me some welcome chocolates which were lovely! - our rooms weren’t large but very nice and had a lovely bed and a terrace. - the pools and pool areas are lovely. We had a pool for signature level guests which was lovely and we enjoyed it. The staff are very kind and friendly and ask if there is anything you need regularly. The only advice I would give the hotel is the pool servers should come round the signature level pool every 25 mins to check on the guests. There is normally only 10-15 people there. - food on the whole is excellent through the hotel. I had eggs Benedict for breakfast, we spent some lunches at the pool bar and some in the buffet restaurant and all of our meals were superb. It is much higher quality than a normal all inclusive. The main buffet can turn out slightly cold but that didn’t bother me. We also went to gaucho twice and Helios once. We enjoyed all meals and the staff were super lovely each time. We preferred El Gaucho because it suited our taste more. Also you can buy whispering angel wine for EUR 42 a bottle which is excellent value. - we used the dine out option and went to Saint Antoni marina. That was wonderful and we were treated like royalty in Es Nautic so thank you to them also. A wonderful meal and very good value. - we really enjoyed the all inclusive drinks. The rose and white wine are lovely and you get raspberry stoli which I like a lot. We loved going to gravity on an afternoon and evening. It is absolutely breathtaking with a view across the whole bay and great views of the sun setting. The staff are amazing up there and will do anything they can to make sure you have a lovely time. In contrast - I don’t know if I was unlucky- but the couple of times we visited it was chaotic and difficult to get a drink. One night they had no glasses. This was a minor annoyance though. - We loved the spa! Massive shout out to Laura and all of the girls who are so nice and friendly but also do some fab treatments. Signature level guests get a discount on treatments and also get to use the spa pool for free and it’s wonderful so make sure you check it out. - finally I want to thank the Butler Team. I have seen reviews on here saying they aren’t responsive or helpful. We found them amazing and they booked us everything from spa to restaurants to getting the bell boys to help and they were brilliant each time which made organising things easy. Also massive thanks to the front desk and guys outside who arrange taxis etc. They were also amazing and so friendly. All in all we had an amazing holiday and never wanted for anything. This hotel is amazing! We only stayed for 3 nights and didn’t want to leave. The upgrade to the signature level is absolutely worth it. The hotel facilities are really beautiful but what makes this place amazing is the staff, they are truly fantastic and nothing is too much trouble (big shout Out to Diego at the gravity bar! He made our stay and makes a great drink! . I’ve stayed in many all inclusive hotels all over the world and this is in the top 5. My only tip is to upgrade and the hotel takes care of of everything else!!! Thank you TRS X
