Hotel Vibra San Remo

the hotel was ok, the food was good and varied, but the cleanliness still needs work, we had ants in the room, garbage under the bed, it doesn't work with the vacuum cleaner, the dust wasn't wiped.

Slightly disappointed on arrival as our plane was late due to the bad weather at Stanstead, we didn’t arrive till 10.45, only to be told the bar is about to shut and there was no food provision, not what you want after a long day! We found the room to be clean but basic a sofa would have been an asset. There wasn’t anywhere you could easily dry towels and swim gear as a notice said don’t hang stuff on the balcony railing maybe a little pull out line would be helpful. I’m a light sleeper and we got woken up every morning at 4am when the inconsiderate guests came back from partying. The maid did a great job every day which we appreciated. The pool had notices not to reserve sun beds but this was largely ignored and not enforced. The pool itself was very cold but just about bearable! (Sea was warmer) drinks were typically AI fairly sweet and not overly strong. The food had a good selection but rarely had any that was hot unless you waited for whatever the chef cooked on the griddle. I have several food intolerances but managed to find something suitable. The location was great for a walk around the bay to catch the sunsets and vibes of San Antonio. The entertainment we saw started at 9.45 until 11pm and it was all very good if a little late! The lady receptionist was very helpful and told where to catch buses to go to different parts of the island which we did quite successfully. The beach itself was not stunning but the beautiful clear water was wonderful. All in all the hotel is clean and friendly but just noisy in the night as people return!

We have just arrived back from San Remo. This is a lovely clean hotel and friendly staff. Brilliant location on the beachfront. Calm and quiet for August. Lovely relaxing holiday. Some light entertainment which was nice but not pushy or over the top. We didn’t experience any noise at night. Not a fight for a sun-bed, there was a small queue at 9am but this is expected especially in August main season. We always found a bed, also there are sun beds on the beach for only 10euros. I traveled with my 19yr old daughter for my 50th birthday!! The hotel had a great mix of ages and nationalities. Water taxi right outside to take you to San Antonia 5euros each which is ideal but also a nice walk tool is about 40 mins. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. I cant understand any of the negative reviews regarding this hotel . We stopped 7 nights end of June beginning of July and loved the place , Staff were great hotel was clean pool was great . Location was great . Sea view rooms are amazing . Also plenty of sunbeds around pool area we never struggled to get any. We had All inclusive stay and breakfasts were absolutely amazing. (I think people need to realize if they stay all inclusive anywhere food will tend to be a little bit repetitive unless you are stopping at a 5* gastro hotel) We always managed to get something different everyday and it was enjoyable. The only tiny negative I have was the snack bar during the day wasn't great. And maybe move evening meal time to 6 pm instead of 7. But apart from that it was amazing and made some good friends. We very rarely go back to same place twice but are looking to return in June 2025 we loved it so much here.

our 2nd trip here the staff our brilliant as soon we landed and checked in the reception reconized us. we was giving nice room overlooking the pool food is good we only ate breakfast and had plenty off choice the all inclusive drinks did the job. the pool nice and cold with good view we now looking to rebook our next trip and stay here again

A solid 3* holiday, a basic but clean hotel, with good basic facilities but a fab location! The drinks on All Inclusive are really good, food at breakfast was great, lunch was decent and evening meals are ok. I never felt I could make an actual meal on an evening, just little bits of different things. The snack bar is poor compared to other 3* All Inclusives. The location is lovely, right on the beach with gorgeous views from the pool and balcony and a nice 30/40 min walk to San Antonio town, or the water taxi goes over the bay from right outside the hotel. The animation team are lovely, so friendly and encouraging people to join in but no pressure and they make a really fun atmosphere around the hotel!
