Please be aware that your car may get vandalized. Someone smashed our passenger window and took some stuff. When we went to tell the front desk, they said they knew. Another guest reported it around 7 am. When we checked out at 9am they did not even tell us. They said oh it has happened before. There are no cameras, and they did not seem to care. We had to ask for help with getting a broom to clean up the glass and waited for over 20 minutes. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL and I am a long time BW customer.

Stayed at the Hilton Orange County airport Doubletree in July for a softball tournament. I just want to recognize Michael who worked the front desk for the majority of the week while I was there and was superb. He made us feel like at home when we checked in, would have a nice conversation during the week and, was very very friendly. The hotel was nice and clean and updated and had a fresh vibe. Also, Adam, the manager was also very helpful. Recommend this hotel.

Stayed here with my family for Disney Land, which is about 15 mins away. When we got to our room, I noticed there was hairs stuck on the side by the shower. Our room also didn’t have a balcony.. even tho when i booked it, said it would have one. I noticed the sheets on the bed weren’t all that clean as well. Breakfast was pretty good, it was buffet style and had alot of options. I honestly wouldn’t stay here again though, if you ask me. I expected for it to be more clean for it being Holiday Inn.

Bad - Air conditioning fail to control the room temperature, expect to experience hot and cold cycle at the mercy of the thermostat - House keeping only occur every 7th day, exchange clean towel on your own at front desk - Slow wifi connection - Dishwashing machine broken - Cleaner storm in your room unexpectedly - Cleaner knock the door checking if you are checking out - Feedback the Air conditioning issue to front desk via phone and face to face in different days, promised to get technician to check and verify, after that no reply no follow up, and problem still exist. Good - Self service laundry provided (cleaning agent at user expense) Overall (Highly Not Recommended) At this price range in the same area, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvement made. To add on, throughout the stay observed a few long parked vehicles in the hotel car park (one SUV even had a puncture tyre, body full of spider web), this is the management running a hotel can be expected.

Check-in was a breeze: friendly and quick. They gave me what I asked for: the quietest room. So, when I started noticing problems, I decided not to ask for another room. I've stayed at Motel 6s, so I knew that the spot next to the window usually has a table and chairs. My room didn't; it was just a big empty space. I was alone, so I didn't really need the table; I sat in the one chair along the desk at the side of the room. I went to plug in my computer, and... there was only *one* free outlet in the entire room -- except at the bathroom! (See the photo.) (Hint: I've learned to bring a long extension cord and power ***** for rooms like these.) I tried to turn on the light over the desk; it didn't work. When I looked inside the fixture, the light bulb was *missing*. The light fixture over the big empty space on the floor had just one working bulb; the other was either missing or burned out. Luckily, the light over the washbasin was bright, so I used it to light the room. I went to the basin to wash my hands. When I turned the faucet to hot, only a tiny trickle came out. (See the photo.) I decided to wash my hands in the bathtub. Then I noticed that the tub spout wasn't clean: it had a film of minerals. The tub had a couple of tears, some rusty stains, and... two coarse black hairs several inches long! I went to get a hand towel; there was only one, and it was hanging out of the towel rack (see photo)... there were no washcloths. I plugged my computer into my extension cord to use the WiFi. The computer said the signal was strong. As usual, my browser opened a login page, but then I waited... it took almost a minute for the login page to appear! I went to the speed test website (TripAdvisor probably won't let me give the URL). I had 0.99 Mbps download and 0.50 Mbps upload -- which is super-slow. (This was at 4:30pm. The speed stayed the same for hours after.) I tried to upload pictures from my phone's camera to Google Photos... uploading 80 photos took two and a half hours! When I logged in again later, I noticed a space for an ”upgrade code, if purchased.” Maybe the motel entices us with their sign by the street advertising WiFi, but making us pay more if we want to do almost anything with it? Luckily, I didn't need it so I didn't try it. There was a fair amount of paint missing from parts of the exterior walls and gang graffiti by the stairwell at the back corner of the motel. For some reason -- although the days of soda and beer in bottles are mostly gone -- there was an old rusty bottle opener fixture attached underneath the washbasin. I'm not heavy, but the bed sagged in the middle. At least the parking lot was clean.

Nice. We had a few minor few problems but two employes, Christy and Patty, stepped way up to take care of us, we couldn't had nicer and better people helping us than them. The only negative about is ”The Bistro” prices are way to high but you can walk a block either way from the hotel and there was great places to eat.
