Hotel just oppersite the Enshi railway station, just 5 mins walk to cross the under tunnel, and room very clear! price also good, I booked with breakfast, I like the local style breakfast too !

謝謝前台的小姐姐給我們升級了房間，二樓更高一點，我們定了兩個房間都升級了，真的很好👍 設施：這個就是傳統長輩喜歡的風格，中規中矩，設施有點老了但是用這沒啥問題，淋浴花灑水壓水量都正常👍床也不錯😌，房間很寬敞，有個小沙發可以午休，空調聲音有點大。餐廳比較一般，早餐沒啥好吃的，就是隨便吃點，午餐也一般吧，而且當時正好在開一個會議，有很多會議參會人員特別吵鬧，大聲説話來來回回的很煩人，説了也不聽，餐廳對散客不友好，很影響心情😔 衞生：還可以，沒啥大問題，就是正常這個水平國賓館應該有的水平 環境：主要是酒店在東湖景區裏面，就是衝著這個地理位置和環境來的，離博物館也很近，門口叫一下電瓶車就把我們送過去了，打車可以直接開到大堂，都比較方便，就是當時比較熱，蚊子太多，稍微在外走一會兒就被咬死了。這個園林裏樹非常多，範圍很大，約了參觀大概開電瓶車逛了半小時，還約了參觀主席故居，手機要鎖起來不讓拍照。環境很好，天然氧吧，比較適合度假療養。 服務：謝謝前台姐姐給我們升房間，表揚👍電瓶車來的也比較快，好幾個司機都很友好，講解的很好，另一個送我們去博物館的司機也很好還説回來可以再叫他開門。就是登記遊園的時候有個男的。我説半天一定要給我們寫上啊，他一邊打電話然後一直好的好的，然後第二天我們一去報道人家説沒有登機上😓無語了🙄還有一個是開夜床服務，這個就很離譜，為啥要打掃衞生的阿姨一個房間一個房間的敲門按門鈴問啊？我剛睡着給我叫醒了我真服了，你們酒店誰設計的這麼問客人要不要開夜床啊，哪個領導拍腦袋想出來的啊？我住這麼多酒店從沒見過開夜床是挨個敲門按門鈴問的🤬不是批評打掃衞生的阿姨，我是批評這個流程和管理方式哈，阿姨衞生弄的還可以的。餐廳管理要加強，來參會的客人太吵了，而且他們一上來就催催催服務人員，搞得服務人員忙得要死根本沒空管別的客人了🙄如果不是大部分服務人員都很好，我連4都不會給的。

Breakfast has a lot of options, but the hot stuff isn't warm. It's in a good spot, and the room is clean. The hotel gives you great service, like getting you a taxi and helping with your bags.

The Front receptionist is friendly and professional and tried her best at speaking English. Thank-you

Overall this very good hotel with nice facilities. However I experience two incidents which downgraded service rank. On the first day in the restaurant person was smoking close to our table - should be separate area for smokers and nonsmokers, no reaction from personel. On the 2nd day when taking short clip of the cook preparing the meal, I was approached by the personel and asked not to record the staff, in other hotels staff is definitely more welcome to guests recording or taking photos. Not here.

We are extremely happy to have chosen Holiday Inn Express for the duration of our stay in Yichang as well as Changsha! Keep up the good work esp Liya from Yichang and Lusa from Changsha and their teams!🤩

Overall a very good hotel. The rooms are clean, service is great and the Hot Springs are fantastic. My only disappointment was the breakfast. It was just ok.

I started my trip by booking the wrong hotel - same name but in a different city. The hotel graciously agreed to a full refund even though it was well beyond the refund period. I was grateful for that. When I arrived, the hotel was centrally located right across from the walking street full of shopping and good food. The staff at the hotel was polite, warm and well trained. I’d like to make special mention of Mr Peter (子延）from concierge services. Even though he was only a trainee at the hotel, he went above and beyond his duties to help me sort out my issues with my local deliveries.

The hotel is situated right on the waterfront, which provides a scenic, relaxed atmosphere but keeps it away from the main Yichang city center. If your goal is to spend your time exploring the heart of Yichang city (e.g., museums, downtown commercial areas), you might want to look for a more centrally located hotel, as this property requires a trip to get to the core of the city. The rooms feature a modern style—clean, straightforward, and functional. However, the amenities are notably sparse. Like many hotels in the region, there is no fridge provided, though an essential electric kettle is included for hot drinks. The in-room entertainment is limited, with the television offering only Chinese channels. The staff truly stood out, proving to be very responsive and quick to address our needs. Communication was easy and efficient thanks to the ubiquitous use of WeChat for direct contact with the front desk. This is a highly convenient feature for international travelers, as the application's built-in translation functions help bridge any language gap instantly. The hotel provides a thoughtful and useful service: free self-service laundry. Detergent and softener are provided at no cost, which is extremely helpful for cruise passengers or long-term travelers. The only minor bottleneck we encountered was the machine ratio: there are two washing machines but only one dryer, so timing is key. Regarding dining, a standard Chinese breakfast is available, providing a local way to start the day.
