This hotel truly offers excellent amenities. We only spent a few hundred RMB, but it felt like a full-blown vacation – such great value for money! The Southeast Asian-style lobby is beautiful and perfect for photos. Our room was very spacious, and we could even enjoy tea on the balcony. My favorite part was the hot spring area; there were so many varieties, and the wave pool was a blast. My child had an incredibly fun afternoon there. On top of that, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and there were so many parent-child activities we couldn't possibly try them all. They even had a foreign staff member operating a trendy mini-train and unique activities like making intangible cultural heritage lacquer fans – clearly, a lot of thought and effort went into making the stay special. The front desk staff had a wonderful service attitude, and we even got a discount on breakfast. The overall experience was simply phenomenal!

Hotel just oppersite the Enshi railway station, just 5 mins walk to cross the under tunnel, and room very clear! price also good, I booked with breakfast, I like the local style breakfast too !

We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. Great location and near the train station Jingzhou. I would like to thank the staff Miss Sunny Ye for helping to speed up my check out as my deposit was in cash, and I was rushing for a train. The room service is excellent as well. Shopping mall across the road, plenty of food options and some activities for families. Room ventilation is fantastic.

We chose this hotel for our Chinese New Year trip, and it was very kid-friendly! The staff even prepared amenities for children. The lobby had a strong New Year atmosphere, and the staff were very kind to the little ones. The surrounding area has complete facilities, making it easy to take the kids out. The front desk service was also incredibly warm and welcoming, and the location is super convenient, right next to Wanda Plaza, so shopping and dining are just a stone's throw away. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive. Highly recommended!

It was a very pleasant trip to Xiangyang, and the InterContinental Hotel left us with wonderful memories. The hotel has a great location, situated in the southwest corner outside the ancient city, about a 20-minute taxi ride from Xiangyang East Railway Station, making it convenient to reach the ancient city, Gulongzhong, and Tang City. The hotel is designed in a Chinese garden style, with a beautiful courtyard. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, and the attached courtyard is unique. The rooms have a coffee machine with a variety of complimentary capsule coffees, which taste quite good. The breakfast was plentiful, including Xiangyang's specialty—brown sugar potstickers. The heated swimming pool was very clean, and there was also a sauna. From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. Special praise goes to Ms. Shi Yixuan at the front desk; she even gave each of us a small gift upon check-out. Next time I visit Xiangyang, I will definitely choose to stay at the InterContinental Xiangyang again.

The hotel consistently delivers the high standards expected from an IHG property. The front desk service was excellent, and the room was quiet with comfortable amenities. I especially enjoyed the shower and a good night's sleep. What truly sets this hotel apart is its location; just across the street is the Yangtze River, making for a very pleasant walk along the riverbank in the mornings and evenings.

My recent experience at this hotel was beyond my expectations!From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff, who are willing to help with luggage and patiently introduce the facilities.The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom supplies are of high quality, and the welcome handwritten card is prepared in detail, which is very heartwarming!The location is excellent, surrounded by delicious food and business districts, making it very convenient for travel.The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western cuisine, and the taste is superb!The overall service is considerate and meticulous, with an exceptional cost-performance ratio. I will definitely choose this place next time and highly recommend it!

Pros: Housekeeper Xizi was very attentive, and the staff on the 27th floor were very enthusiastic and thoughtful. Cons: 1. I booked two Executive Grand View King Rooms and informed the housekeeper beforehand to try and arrange them together. The housekeeper was very efficient and arranged it quickly, but they weren't on the Executive Floor. The two adjacent rooms were positioned one directly opposite the hallway and the other directly opposite the stairs, leading to frequent and loud slamming door noises from outside. (Where does 'Executive' come into play? Is it just the lounge access? Selling the room should be the priority, right?) See Picture 1. 2. Regarding the welcome fruit, see Picture 2. This is the most meager welcome I've ever seen. Are fruits that expensive this season? 3. Do products of this quality live up to the word 'luxury'? See Pictures 3, 4, and 5. 4. If the mini-bar isn't displayed openly, isn't this a bit of a trick? (Even though I didn't drink anything). See Pictures 6, 7, and 8. 5. From the moment I entered the hotel lobby, I barely saw any greetings or smiles. How come I didn't experience the warmth mentioned in so many reviews? 6. There were frequent thumping noises outside the window. I initially thought it was the wind, but there wasn't any wind at all. I don't know what caused it. Question: With this quality, this service, and this environment, how did it get such high ratings? Is this really the top luxury in Wuhan?

Excellent service at this riverside hotel. We had a great stay, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located for sightseeing. Highly recommend! The hotel even has robots, which is a nice smart touch.
