We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. My favorite was the porridge made of sweet rice wine and sweet rice dumplings. 我们在2025年8月入住了听涛2#东湖酒店三晚，很棒，强烈推荐！东湖饭店以风景秀丽著称，一如所料，景色绝对惊艳，但比景色更好的是最好的客户服务。他们指派了一名工作人员俞女士来帮助我们。俞女士给了我们她的微信联系方式，以便我们轻松联系。 俞女士很专业，很有礼貌，她竭尽全力确保我们的住宿完美，我们遇到的任何疑虑/问题，她都很快处理了，包括帮忙洗衣服！ 我们住过武汉、北京、上海的其他五星级酒店，但没有其他酒店提供这种水平的服务。前台也非常乐于助人。最后但并非最不重要的一点是，他们的自助早餐是我们这次旅行入住的 6 家酒店中最好的。我最喜欢的是甜米酒熬制的粥.

The hotel is is just opposite the airport. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable and the staff is friendly. There are two restaurants one offers Chinese food and the other western food. They both have variety of food, which tastes really good. The breakfast was also good and it has a lot of options. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to stay there again.

Good location. Hotel seems recently refurbished. The management is still working on providing better amenities. Breakfast set up and spread should be look into as bread should be available for overseas guests. The only elevator in the front is insufficient.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much fir a 1-night stop over. A straight forward hotel that is mainly catered for business travelers and only 4km away from the train station, this hotel provided me with utmost comfort, amazing hospitality service and is strategically located within shops and eateries out of the noisy CBD area. It was also just a road away from a beautiful park facing Yangtze River. The breakfast was amazingly wonderful. Thank you Holiday Inn Express for making my stay at Yichang so comfortable.

11/10 trip! This is a MUST book!  Everything from the hospitality (free snacks in room, pickup and drop offs to scenic sites, super friendly staff) to the quality of the room (very clean, bathtub views were amazing) has been impeccable! Blackout curtains and accurate temperature control allowed me to have the best sleep I’ve had in months Easily the closest hotel to a 5-star in this region - easily better / on-par with many 5-star hotels that I’ve stayed at. Nothing else in this region comes close to nearly as beautiful or comfortable stay as this

While in China this is my 7th hotel. By far, the most attentive and kindles reception I had. Although I don’t speak any chinese, they made a real effort to remove the language barrier and ensure I have a great experience.

這次來宜昌入住亞絡酒店，整體體驗超出預期，從環境、服務到細節都讓人特別滿意，強烈推薦給來本地出差或遊玩的朋友！ 酒店位置很方便，周邊配套齊全，出行、吃飯都很省心。一走進大堂就被簡約乾淨的裝修吸引，暖調燈光讓人特別放鬆，整體環境安靜雅緻，沒有嘈雜感，氛圍感很好。前台工作人員態度温柔又專業，辦理入住速度很快，全程高效不拖沓，有任何疑問都會耐心解答，服務特別貼心周到，待人很真誠。 房間內部設施全新，衞生做得特別到位，床品乾淨柔軟，躺上去舒適度很高，床墊軟硬適中，睡感很好，出差奔波一天能好好休息。房間佈局合理，採光通風都不錯，空間寬敞不壓抑，乾濕分離的衞生間整潔無異味，洗漱用品齊全，細節把控很到位。全屋乾淨無異味，隔音效果也在線，晚上休息完全不受打擾，睡眠質量特別好。 酒店配套很實用，網絡穩定流暢，滿足辦公、追劇需求，性價比超高。整體是精品經濟型定位，價格親民卻有很好的居住質感，客羣素質高，環境安靜舒心，不管是短期出差還是短途旅行都很合適。對比同價位酒店，亞絡在衞生、服務、硬件上都更出彩，管理規範，流程簡單，住起來安心又舒服。 一次非常愉快的入住體驗，已經推薦給身邊朋友，下次來宜昌還會優先選擇亞絡酒店！

Excellent views The hotel staff was excellent and pretty proactive by contacting us and giving information about its location, and which lift to use for instance. They were very friendly and supportive. We stayed on the 52nd floor and had amazing views! The hotel is very well located!

This hotel is beautiful. Despite some negative reviews, I booked and was thrilled. Great service and just a beautiful hotel. Everything was great. Room was large and comfortable. Lobby was amazing. I can’t say anything more about it. One of the nicest I’ve been to many many 5 star hotels - this one is great
