We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. The hotel is is just opposite the airport. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable and the staff is friendly. There are two restaurants one offers Chinese food and the other western food. They both have variety of food, which tastes really good. The breakfast was also good and it has a lot of options. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to stay there again.

It was a really great experience staying here, they upgraded my stay to a room with windows, the hotel is very near to subway/MRT, a lot of food and attractions with walking distance. Clean hotel room, polite and great service, highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much fir a 1-night stop over. A straight forward hotel that is mainly catered for business travelers and only 4km away from the train station, this hotel provided me with utmost comfort, amazing hospitality service and is strategically located within shops and eateries out of the noisy CBD area. It was also just a road away from a beautiful park facing Yangtze River. The breakfast was amazingly wonderful. Thank you Holiday Inn Express for making my stay at Yichang so comfortable.

My boyfriend and I just had the most special stay here. From the moment we arrived, the wonderful team looked after us and helped with everything and anything we could want. We’d wanted to eat dinner upon arrival, and so they provided some of the nicest Chinese food I’ve had to date! My recommendation is the fried eggs and leek. We were obsessed! 🤤 The room and the amenities were really high quality, and I especially enjoyed the incredible view from our bedroom. Daily, we were given snacks and fruits. The food was so good that we ordered again on our second night. Truly, the food was 10/10!! For the room, everything was clean, modern and worked well. All the staff were excellent, too. Yang Yang was especially wonderful (picture of us together!) and made sure we had the best time. She helped with organising our trip, including travel. She is a warm, kind person who made all the difference to our trip. She also introduced us to 土豆 the cat—he was just as delightful! As a foreigner in China, sometimes it can be tricky to navigate how best to travel certain areas. This hotel and the wonderful people here made us feel at home. Thanks so much for this memorable trip, Yang Yang —and also to all the lovely people there! You MUST stay here for the best hotel outside Enshi Grand Canyon!! 💚

While in China this is my 7th hotel. By far, the most attentive and kindles reception I had. Although I don’t speak any chinese, they made a real effort to remove the language barrier and ensure I have a great experience.

The Hotel is located in a Building that consists of 5 hotels, and it takes the top several floors, which makes a really nice view of the city. Room is clean and the bed is really comfortable. Really like the memory foam pillow and have a really good sleep. The staffs are really nice and helpful. Recommended Hotel and will stay there again if I visit Wuahn in the future.
