Hotel Santa Barbara dengan Gim

I’ll start by saying this is the first review I have ever written about anything… This hotel is beautiful. The valet and the front staff were lovely. The rooftop pool was perfect and the location was just right. However- the walls of the hotel rooms are PAPER THIN. You can hear absolutely everything. When we first checked in at 430pm, there was housekeeping working on the room next door and it sounded like a construction site (we actually to confirm it there was)- vacuums hitting the walls, furniture being moved, stuff being dropped onto the floors- but the worst was very loud conversations about things that should not be discussed in a work environment at a $500/night hotel. In order to mask the noise, we put on some music in our room (at 5pm mind you) and 10 minutes later we got a knock on the door reporting the music was too loud! The next morning we woke up to our neighbors laughing hysterically and blasting Taylor swift (and hey, I’m a swiftie myself), but the loud cackling is not something I want to be woken up to on vacation. I am really sad to say I will not stay here again. It was definitely not worth spending almost $500 for one night.

Room was tiny and very old, shower door was only half way on. Great location and great from the outside, they just seriously need to remodel their rooms.

Letak kenderaan sendiri (tertakluk pada bayaran) terdapat di tapak hartanah.Selesakan diri anda di salah satu daripada 24 bilik tamu yang menampilkan stesen dok iPod. Katil tilam berlapik anda disediakan dengan gebar bulu kapas dan cadar kapas Mesir. Akses Internet wayarles percuma membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung, manakala program satelit disediakan untuk hiburan anda. Bilik mandi persendirian dengan gabungan pancuran/tab mandi menampilkan kelengkapan dandanan diri percuma dan pengering rambut.

真是一次很開心的旅程。酒店所有工作人員都很紳士，他們臉上都洋溢着紳土般温暖的微笑，一視同仁。一進院子就有人推着車幫助裝行李，兒子感動的給了二十刀。辦理入住的工作人員真的特別友好，特別安排了一間泳池旁的房間，好像知道我特別喜歡游泳。酒店提供了許多免費項目，比如特色雙人自行車，真是太拉風了，讓路人羨慕不己。還送了許多酒水飲料的免費卷，住了七天直到離開都沒有用完。特別是他們的餐食，真的太好吃了，即便是我們不住在那裡了，還會特別過來品嚐！酒店離海邊非常近，這個一條馬路。晚上的景色也非常美。而且非常安全。衹是有一點，這裏的客人不知為什麼好像對中國人不是很友好。我去游泳他們有的會表現出很嫌棄。我想是因為新冠疫情吧！其實他們根本就不理解新冠疫情的真相到底是什麼。衹能説他們的認知度還是很有限，甚至可以説，他們根本就不愛上帝！世界各地的人其實都是有境界的差距，文化水平的差距，認知度的差距。我相信當他們知道了真相，他們一定會很慚愧。但是酒店的所有工作人員真的必須給銀河系般多的星星點贊👍！你們是真的有教養，上帝一定會保佑你們。雖然設備有些老，但是我們依然會選擇這裏度假！

Love this hotel very much. It's big with comfortable bed pillows and kitchenette. A nice balcony with a fountain too. Parking was free that's a plus! Opposite a supermarket and a street delicious tacos so very happy. Only problem is the cold tiles they use on the floor which is uncomfortably sticky and also the sound proofing was very bad, the noise of cleaning, luggages going over the tiles outside of our room is pretty annoying. Might consider coming back.

The hotel itself is very different in the way it blends in with the neighborhood, pretty nice in style and not what I was expecting for a Best Western. The hotel isn’t too far from the city center but also not close enough (which is why I gave a 4), but it is very very nice. I also gave a 4 for amenities only because I wasn’t able to use them as it was less than 24 hour stay, and I wanted to experience the city more. Overall, I did like it, comfortable bed and pillows and I believe I could have slept much longer if I didn’t have an 11am check out 🤦🏽♂️🤣. But overall I was satisfied and the staff both office and cleaning were very kind and helpful. ❤️ Santa Barbara is a very beautiful city and BW gave the right price for my stay. 👍🏽

Like the building.

The parking at $40 a night plus tax is too high, but other than that it was a lovely stay. Pool and hot tub were great and a nice relaxing atmosphere by the fires they light at night.

非常棒的一次入住體驗，真正的賓至如歸。如同在家裡的感覺，不會覺得是住在酒店裡。歐陸風情的酒店格調非常舒服，房間整潔乾淨。有機會還會選擇住這裏，還會推薦給我的朋友們…

Lokasi yang baik, tempat letak kereta percuma, kolam renang dan jakuzi terma, bilik dan meja penyambut tetamu adalah lebih baik daripada Motel biasa. Sarapan yang disediakan semasa wabak ini agak ringkas, cuma kopi panas, bukan roti atau pembakar roti!
