If I could, I would have left a 3.5 rating. However, I felt that the staff warranted the 4. The staff was very courteous and extremely helpful. We go adjacent rooms and wanted to open the doors between the rooms. One door’s lock was stuck. Maintenance came promptly to fix the issue. I called the front desk to request towels and was told that we needed to wait for quite some time as no one would be there to back up the front desk person, but we were told we could go the the front desk. After making the decision to go down, the front desk had the towels waiting for us. As with most of California, we are short-staffed. And I could tell that this hotel was. Staff is really doing a great job considering. The room is very spacious. There is plenty of workspace with some great cubbies above the desk to store things. The closet is awesome with shelves and even a laundry basket to organize your belongings. The loveseat sofa becomes a full size bed. I thought the sofa bed and the bed would leave no space to walk, but there have been no issues. The bed is comfortable. The only issue I had was the height. As a short person, I had to climb the bed. The bed does not shake as much as other beds when someone mounts the bed or adjusts positions. The kitchenette would have been perfect should we had chosen to do so. There is even an ice maker in the refrigerator. Just remember to turn it on early enough. There are plenty of plugs to charge all your devices. The bathroom was acceptable. I am not quite sure when the hotel was refreshed last. The toilet seat and shower were worn and had cosmetic damage to some places. I always like when amenities are dispensed. You do not have to worry about leaving enough for everyone else. Plus, I feel it is more environment friendly. The AC is strong. I did notice that one room’s AC was controlled by the unit while the other room was controlled by a thermostat. The breakfast gives patrons a very good variety and has a little bit of everything for anyone. There were two types of juices. There two types of egg selections. Sausage was also offered. Fruit and yogurt were offered, as well as oat meal. There was a small variety of bread and pastries. Coffee and tea were offered as well. For those who want milk, there were plain and chocolate varieties. Each person in the family had their needs met. The front desk person monitored the breakfast area, another sign this hotel is short-staffed. As an employee of a company that owns hotels, I really have to give props to the staff. We have separate staff for each area. I can only imagine the dedication the staff has to their hotel. It is so hard to fault the hotel staff for something they cannot control. While the hotel needs refreshing, it is clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I am in the area. Any hiccups during a stay can be remedied by a well-oiled staff.

Wonderful staff. Very good shower. I don't like the shampoo and body wash in dispensers attached to the wall of the shower. I DO NOT like (nor use at home) body wash. Provide a real bar of soap for the shower! No mirror in the room, other than the one above the sink. Perhaps there is supposed to be one in the ”hallway” between the front door and the main part of the room, but there was just a metal flashing on the wall six feet above the floor. This might be the first hotel room I have ever stayed in that does not have a full-sized mirror. The bed was comfortable. I like the room and the amenities it had (other than missing a mirror).

One night for business as the location was close to my customer. Staff was very nice. They do charge $15 for parking which is a bit of a joke. Room was clean and typical courtyard format. I was on the first floor facing the street and there was alot of street noise. Overall the location was great. The room was good but the Street Noise and parking charge knocked it down for me

Just stayed here while visiting Enchant. This hotel has a very special place in my heart and cannot say enough about the management company and how their amazing leadership flows down to its staff.i checked in with Tony, super friendly, accommodating, helpful..simply eludes a sense of family. The one bedroom suite always works for our family of 4. They brought us the pillows and blankets we had requested online...houseman was also very nice. The a/c unit was a little loud but it blasted cool air out without any wait time. The water pressure in the shower was awesome! We haven't experienced such pressure from a hotel in a very long time. On check out day, I enjoyed breakfast in the presence of Cleo who was just fabulous. She was just overly friendly, how can one NOT smile with her being around?! I eat hed her greet everyone in the gatehouse as they came in..didn't shy away from all the Late guests arriving for breakfast! She offered the guests mango smoothies, nice touch! Love the community tables! At checkout, it was so nice to see Sylvia..she's been a staple of that hotel for a very long time. Super proud of her and what she has become! I met her when she was a housekeeper and gatehouse attendant, and to see her move up thru these years speaks volumes about the company she works for and the work ethic the company fosters. I know this hotel takes care of its own for so many years and what an amazing job they have done!! Thank you for another great stay!

I unfortunately got the 'rona and needed to isolate from my family for what ended up being a six-night stay. This Residence Inn was perfect for a long-term stay. The upgraded me to a two-bedroom, two-floor suite upon check in and let me keep it throughout. It was bigger than some apartments I've lived in at a very reasonable price for Silicon Valley. It had everything I could need -- full kitchen with fridge/stove/microwave/toaster/utensils. I couldn't get my room cleaned but housekeeping brought me new towels and took care of garbage disposal. The front desk was very responsive. And it's a great location for walking to get stuff -- there's a CVS, Starbucks and Panera right across the street. Got groceries delivered to my door.

Clean condo living feel. Had a basketball court and pool. The suite was nice. Fully functional kitchen, full size fridge, microwave and stove. Living room with sofa and the bed was a King. Resident Inn is part of the Marriott chain.

This is a 4.5 star review is for THIS CATEGORY of hotels. This isn't the Ritz or Four Seasons, nor is it a Westin or Hyatt or even a regular Marriott. With that said, I'm comparing this to Fairfield Inn & Suites, TownPlace Suites, Homewood Suites, Embassy Suites, LaQuinta Inn & Suites, etc during March 2022 while we are still coming out of a pandemic. Pro: Close to SJC 900+ square feet Laundry on site $1.75/$1.50 (coin operated is cheaper than using the app, front desk has quarters) Breakfast M-F is hot. SS grab n GO (March 2022, this might be pandemic related) Fitness center 24/7 (cardio and free weights) Arranged like townhouses, each building has 4 units, 2 on street level, 2 upper level. Penthouses include upstairs loft bdrm/bath Coffee daily (Starbucks) Filtered water at front desk dispenses cold and hot We were in penthouse suite which is on 2nd floor walk up (3rd floor is the loft bdrm + bath), parking was right next to the unit Parking $12/night Driving distance less than 10min from so many places (Levi stadium, Great America, Top Golf, Mountain View, Santa Clara) and all major freeways Front desk staff is great, addressed me by name each time and friendly & professional Less than 5 minutes from Whole Foods Santa Clara, which is an Amazon delivery hub so you can ship stuff directly there and they'll hold it for about 2 weeks. Con Floors thump if you're on street level If your building is against the highway, you'll hear some highway noise, bring earplugs. Stairs to loft are not regulation size, almost ladder size so can easily slip down if you have socks and misstep (we know from experience) Shower door would not stay closed during shower Fry pans but no spatula The pullout sofa bed was the absolute worst sofa bed, you could feel the coils on your back, we had to buy an air mattress. Despite the cons, we really liked the drive up to your unit setup (vs a hotel), it felt like living in a townhouse, we hardly saw other guests, and the location for us was perfect, this was our home base for 4 nights and I would stay here again.

Secara keseluruhan saya akan memberikannya 4 bintang. Terdapat kesan kotor pada salah satu rak tetapi tiada apa-apa yang serius, disebabkan wabak itu, tiada sarapan pagi namun mereka menebusnya dengan menyediakan makanan ringan dan minuman panas percuma 24 jam. Pasti akan kembali.
