The front desk service was extremely poor, and the hotel environment was average. The cleanliness was subpar. The location was convenient, but the additional $10 living surcharge imposed by the front desk was absurd. Such an additional fee detracted significantly from the overall value and left a disappointing impression on what could have been an otherwise satisfactory stay.

Staff are courteous and helpful

Service office is helpful, request to changed second floor to first floor due my mom’s health. The location is not that bad. But the bathtub there is a bug crawling. The door step is too high when you step in, you got to lift your knee before you can step. Or you would fall. Breakfast is good coffee and waffles.

This was the second time I had stayed at this hotel. I found it to be quite nice for the price. It is a little dated, but that is not really important for me for I am only there for sleeping. The room had the environment controls, refrigerator, microwave, and iron and board. The room, in my opinion was good for me. I am a simple person. The only difficulty I had is that I have very bad knees. Both times I had a second floor room. It was difficult for me to use the stairs. It was the clerk, Juan for whom I believe is a very nice employee. He tried in his best capacity to help me.

The hotel needs a complete remodel. It smell of oder and mysky. Old uncleared carpets with old still faucets. The shower went cold and hot. The bed were uncomfortable and the person who checked us in was rude and unfriendly.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was okay. The hotel was old, so it did not have any updated electronic connections for phones nor computers. One outlet by the bed and one in the bathroom. There were beetle-like in the bathroom. The tub/shower would not drain, and had to take a showere standing in dirty water. When water was shut off, it took almost an hour for the tub to drain. Hours for breakfast started at 6:30, but I was told 6:00. Missed breakfast, so I was unable to comment. Briefly, hotel was not worth the over $200 I had to spend just to stay the night and shower. I travel a lot on business, and this was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in for the money that is being charged.

You know the saying “you get what you pay for” well this is a good example. Definitely stayable but I booked a King bed and got a full, not pleased about that.

Unfortunately, we did not stay at this property. Upon arrival there was a lot of sketchy people in the parking lot and around the area. I’m not sure how this hotel had such a high rating. Not knowing the area we booked this hotel due to the ratings but in person, we did not feel comfortable or relaxed in this unsafe environment.
