Bellevue muntinglupa I have some questions for this hotel Firstly, why do they even ask guests to web check in, require guests to upload requirements like personal id and present the generated qr code to get the room key - when in fact front desk were clueless about this and still ask guests to present an id and fill out the information already found in web web check in? If you are going to implement this , doesn’t it make sense to train staff so everyone is on the same page? So what is the point of this web check in then? So yes, even with this system in place, the process to check in was painfully slow and took a long time because front desk was taking their time with all their paper forms and trying to figure out how things worked. Secondly, our booking was for 3 pax, but the room set -up was for two. So we asked for amenities for the 3rd person. So why does the first two guests get ‘branded amenities’ whilst the 3rd gets a generic set? (See photo) Other things Breakfast was good and was the highlight of the stay Pool access was until 8. So why can’t the hours be extended for at least two hours for adults use only ? The whole day already see families with kids at the pool so it would be great to have some quieter and calmer hours for adults only inmho

2 days, 2 nights. Check in was smooth. OJT have feel of supervisor image, good on her. Wish that all reception to do the same on smart looks. Room is comfortable, with the view of Muntinlupa lake and pool side. Bed is nice for 2 double queen. Breakfast buffet has good selections, local food is available. Tables and chairs and restaurant colours bit darker. Alabang view is amazing and calm on eyes. Lunch option is limited to ramen and pasta, not so enjoyable. Lounge is nice, cozy. Lobby is spacious. Menu is the same from restaurant selection. However many options available outside at festival and around alabang. Ground floor cafe is a luxury feel, French viennoiseries are available and they all looks so good, professionally made. I wish the chef to do the same touch in main restaurant while maintaining Filipino feel. Pool was nice, fire drill conducted that time. Attendants are attentive and helpful. Thank you was nice stay!

Lokasi hotel senang dicari. Ia mempunyai halaman yang berasingan dan sangat lengang. Ia adalah salah satu bangunan tertinggi di sini. Ia mempunyai tempat letak kereta dan kolam renang. Kolam renang dan restoran ketika ini ditutup semasa wabak GCQ. Hanya makan tengah hari yang boleh dibungkus untuk sarapan. Tidak ada pelbagai. pilih. Pembersihannya sangat bersih, tetapi terdapat banyak semut kecil di dalam bilik, dan kakitangannya sangat bagus. Harganya masih kecil dan mahal, biliknya agak kecil, kemudahan perkakasannya tidak begitu bagus, tinggal sedikit orang, tetapi harganya tidak berkurang. 🚗 Pengangkutan:

We booked 2nights stay for our wedding anniversary. Check in was smooth and efficient. We were escorted to our room (Safari couple) and assisted in bringing our bags. The room was clean, although it is small, it was very cozy and you'll really get to feel the glamping vibe which me and my husband liked a lot. The shower area has a bit of moulds but it was minimal. The mosquito net is a saviour though the one we had has a hole luckily not much of mosquitos during our stay. The jacuzzi is nice. When we arrived the jacuzzi was ready and warmed up so all we had to do was jump into it. They also allow using bath bombs or bubble bath which is really nice cause one would enjoy jacuzzi with that and also you can request to change the water of the jacuzzi especially if you are staying more than 1night so that everyday the water is fresh. We didn't request for housekeeping during our stay so they were quite generous on replenishing our amenities instead. Breakfast option is so so we'd say. Menu is bit pricey for us. So we mostly opted for grab food. Speaking of, we ordered Andoks via Grab for our lunch on our 1st day. We ate just outside our tent for our lunch. We didn't get to finish the food cause it was too much for us, in short we had left overs of Andoks (1 bangus + 2 quarter parts of chicken + 1 bbq stick). We covered the left over food nicely and left them on top of our table just outside our tent assuming that it is safe to leave them there since we couldn't really bring them inside our tent cause it would smell. So then we went ahead and took our afternoon nap and when we wake up and checked on our left over food to have it for dinner; we were surprised that some of it were partially taken. The 1pc bbq stick and 1 quarter of chicken were gone. My husband and I thought that maybe one of us had eaten it while one was asleep but it was not. We also thought that maybe the insects around probably poke into our food but then the food was still covered nicely when we came back for it. Somebody must have meddle into our food while we were away asleep. Tbh, it wasn't really a big deal for us cause the food wasn't really that pricey and we will be happy to share it to the needy but the thought of somebody was meddling on our belongings while we were just few steps away asleep inside our tent makes it feel odd. We hope security could be better in future. We went to swim on our 2nd day. We were at the biggest pool that morning when we were asked to leave cause they have to clean it. The staff politely asked us to leave and transfer to another pool instead, it was fine to us but we thought that it would be better if they schedule the pool cleaning not during the operating hours so that guests can really maximise the pool usage. Check out was smooth as well. We were assisted by Melissa. Have shared to her our feedback and she was apologetic about it. But overall stay was lovely. The Good: 1. Price point - This is an affordable, no frills, simple hotel. 2. Clean room - Being a rather new hotel, the room, bathroom, bed, hallways, etc are still very clean and well maintained. 3. Pleasant staff - People are generally nice and helpful here. 4. Location - Located in Madrigal Business Park, Alabang. Molito is just nearby. The Bad: 1. Basic necessities such as a water kettle, glasses / mugs, basic toiletries are not provided. Not a dealbreaker, but it would be nice to have them all in the room. Neither Good Nor Bad: 1. There aren't that much amenities here, hence hotel was able to drive the prices down. The Verdict: Would love to be back to stay here for future work-related stays, if needed.

Our dining experience was one of the most memorable, considering the ambiance and the musical band served as the cherry on top. If you think good music and good food pair well together, then choosing to dine and stay at Vivere Hotel would be the right choice for you. Not to mention, the service was really great despite arriving on a busy Friday night. The servers never failed to greet us with a warm welcome and made sure that we had everything we needed. All in all, I aim to come back with my friends another time as I really enjoyed my time there and Vivere Hotel's hospitality would definitely be one of the reasons why I'd choose them over any hotel in the south.

I already checked in twice at B Hotel and recently we booked our stay here for our anniversary all I can say is they never disappoint to make us feel welcome ☺️ I must say, it was an absolute delight. We were greeted warmly by the guard, front desk receptionists and housekeeping attendant who were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself was clean, elegant and designed very well and makes me feel like i was staying in a top-tier establishment. My room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed during my stay. I would like to thank Renz who is the room attendant that time for asking me what I need and provide all my requests. I also would like to commend the front desk receptionists madz, tin, pau, and abbi who made sure that our stay is smooth and all our requests was followed. They also offered us shuttle which is on time once we ask for pick up and drop off. Even their concierge TJ if I can remember it right, he’s very kind and on time during our service. Eurotel is a good hotel for the price you pay. Breakfast was kind of disappointing as you would expect a buffet breakfast knowing that they have a coffee shop to cater to the buffet breakfast. Not much choice in the breakfast menu if it is included in your room rate. The plus point is that the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, hot water in the shower. Overall experience was my stay was enjoyable at Eurotel Las Piñas. Eurotel can improve their breakfast.
