Ulasan Hotel Sogo Sta. Rosa Laguna

Just ok hotel. Plus discount from trip.com and the room is just ok. Just that no shampoo and the cable tv is not ok.

We needed a place to stay for a night while in the area and chose this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a positive. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing, as we found strands of hair in our rooms. The bathroom follows a wet/open concept, which may not be ideal for everyone and the towels were noticeably old. If you’re looking for a basic place to rest for the night without expecting much in terms of comfort or amenities, this hotel is an okay option.

Different room given to us upon arrival versus the room I booked here.so sad... I booked good for 3 but they gave us room good for only 2..you paid room for family but they transferred us room for 2 and the reason of the manager it's fully book .. how come I paid for reservation but our room given to other guest,... Value of our money here Not worthy..

the room are clean but there are some problems with regards to the there bathroom fixture and the wifi connection is not good

Despite the pleasing aesthetics and courteous staff, the persistent odor was a notable detractor from an otherwise enjoyable stay. It's essential for the hotel management to address this issue promptly to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.
